We chose Wild Ginger III at random and it ended up being a fa tactic choice!We were seated quickly, the place was crowded, but the 2 young servers were hustling to take care of everyone promptly.We started with some sushi. Sweet potato rolls, mango roll and the Wild Ginger roll. Off the charts! Really really that good. I had a chicken curry dish that blew me away; it was so good and flavorful. My wife had tuna sushi, that she said was the freshest tuna she had ever had. She also went with beef Satay with peanut sauce that was so fresh and tasty. To wrap up, we arrived at Wild Ginger III in New Hope PA by accident, but it was a great mistake. Anyone reading this review, I would highly recommend Wild Ginger.

"Suitable chinese" food. The sushi is better than the hot entrees which all feel like they use lower quality ingredients (like cheap sugars) and high sodium. The healthy options aren't prepared well, at least they don't hold up well for take-out.We've ordered about 5 times and extend the length of time between visits due to the poor feeling our bodies have after eating here.With that said, I'm not sure if there's better Chinese/Japanese takeout in New Hope.
