“The wait staff was very polite and patient. They gave us ample time to preview the menu. After we placed our orders, the food came to us pretty fast. Food was very good. And the presentation of the dishes were very pretty. I ordered the maki combo it was very good. Sorry, I ate some and I realized I forgot to take a Pic. So part of it was eaten. I would recommend trying out this place. It was a great experience. I want to go back again soon. They also offer take out. But I think sitting at the restaurant, the ambiance is real nice and having the meal there was a great experience.“

“Very impressed with Ju-Ichi Japanese Restaurant dining experience. We came before 6 pm with a large group knowing we might have to wait but was able to be seated in less than 30 mins.
Our group ordered to dine “family-style” to allow us to sample a wide range of dishes. The rolls, and hand rolls are very good as were the bowls of udon and other dishes we’d sampled.
Service was quick and efficient.“

“This is a brand new, recently opened restaurant and wow did they deliver for first impressions. Food was absolutely incredible. The sushi was fresh and made quickly. I had the volcano roll and the Naruto rainbow row, it was beautiful and delicious. Very good quality cuts and tasted fresh Really impressed by their milk tea as well. We got the original and Taro milk tea and it was fantastic. Staff was also very friendly and helpful in deciding what to order. Would definitely be coming back the next time I’m in town!“

“The restaurant was so pretty and had a calm atmosphere, and it felt private enough to just hang out and talk with our group. Our server, Valeria, was very attentive, answered all our questions, and even gave us recommendations based on what we were in the mood for. We ordered a bunch of dishes to share: sushi, ramen, boba, shrimp tempura, wings, and yakitori. Everything was delicious, and the portions were good. The spicy wings were a bit spicier than I expected, but they still had great flavor. Overall we had a really good experience, with great food and ambiance, and we'll be coming back!“

Regardless, Mr. Bin's is our "go-to" sushi place. We routinely travel from Union to Cranford because it's that good! The freshness is evident with every bite. We had something as simple as edamame and that was even super yummy. We had the viral sushi push up pop and chicken wrapped asparagus as appetizers. As for our entrees, we have the most delicious dinner bento box with a nice selection of sides. Everything was cooked perfectly and bursting with flavors. Our server was the sweetest lady and very helpful, answering any questions we had. And to end the night off strong we had Ice Cream Tempura, where they fried Green Tea ice cream. Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it, I loved it and I’m not even a big fan of green tea! All four of us left with full bellies and a smile on our faces. “This is such a gem! Feels like eating at grandparents’ house. Everyone is so caring and friendly. Make sure you order the traditional Taiwanese food - this is the real deal here. Everything was good - so many things they make in the house properly - fish balls, shrimp rolls, sausage etc. they even have organic dishes. You can taste the care they put into making the food. Had to throw everything in the garbage today - sushi rolls (spicy tuna and spicy salmon) did not smell fresh at all, looked very different. Ramen soup was disguisting. Also Doordash took two hours to deliver instead of promised 45 min- have a feeling they were looking for fresh fish and could not find it - so result was obvious.
