“So on the recommendation of a coworker I tried this place out since it was Friday sushi was a good choice for lunch. I ordered a spider roll (soft shell crab in tempura). For lunch seems like the one person handle it well but could of use more help getting orders. Place is nothing great to look at but was very clean. Now the food it was super fresh it was freshly fried that was still a little warm still when I ate it. Loved it was only 6 pieces if I knew it was small but good I would of ordered two rolls guess next time. Great susbi.“

We ordered the (very well priced) sushi combos, which were two special rolls with miso soup (and I got a boba and some kani salad) and it was delicious. The owner also gave us a pot of green tea, veggie gyoza, the house salad, and some blueberries at the end. She came over often to ask how we were doing. We ended up with leftovers because there was so much food. It was also a very cute atmosphere with doodles from the customers all over the walls. “My husband and I come to Kim’s Sushi almost once a week and sometimes we found ourselves coming 2 times a week! We, especially I, LOVE Kim’s Sushi. I’ve never taken my business anywhere else and I find it very hard to try other sushi places since Kim’s Sushi makes exactly how I love my sushi! A Headache shortly turned into a migraine and that caused me having to get up and leave immediately— feeling nauseous, wanting to faint, wanting to throw up even— while my husband was trying to check up on me yet trying to pay for our bill, it was hectic! Mr.Kim was there this evening and couldn’t help but notice my hurrying out the door without my husband as frequent customers; because my husband was trying to pay the bill as quickly as he could. “We ordered the mizu, kiss of summer, Naruto, jade, and Verona and they were all so fresh and delicious. Lots of fish and lots of flavor. I do think the mango could be more ripe though. Tap water also wasn't my favorite but don't let that prevent you from getting this great sushi. Although we couldn't have any of the sauces that came with the rolls since they had gluten, they did have GF soy sauce which was great. The server didn't have much personality and we did have to reconfirm what sauces had gluten and which didn't and had to ask for a second GF soy sauce as well even though in the beginning we did say there are two of us. Pretty empty at 5pm on a Sunday and plenty of free parking (on Sundays) around the corner.“

Toro was half full when we arrived at 7pm on a Saturday but, by 8pm it was full so, our timing was perfect. “This is probably one of the best sushi places I've been too. They have lots of vegetarian options! The place has a nice Japanese feel. It also has ample parking in the back. It's byob and there's a wine store literally 1 block away. As for what we got. Unfortunately they don't have the lunch menu on the weekends but that is no where written in there menu. We got the vegetarian tempura. It came with different fried vegetables like broccoli, mushroom and onion. It was ok. We ordered 4 rolls and I will present them in order of my favorite. The mango potato was the best. I loved the sauce and the texture of the fried sweet potato. Next was the pineapple. I loved the sweetness without any needed added sauce to top it. Then was the bugs bunny. It has lots of veggies and a nice Chipotle sauce on top. My least favorite was the Nori jade. I felt the Avocado was too mushy. “My daughter ordered from Millburn Poke Bowl today for delivery. The food arrived quickly. I had the sushi burrito....what great value for the money. The presentation is attractive; the burrito was packed in a lidded box that almost looked like a gift. It was packed full of vegetables and rice with very generous amounts of spicy and ahi tuna. They added just the right amount of dressing/sauce. I ate half for lunch and half for dinner. I would highly recommend Millburn Poke Bowl if you want delicious, fresh ingredients and a very generous amount of them.“

“It is a friendly family business. We ordered hibachi, tom yum soup, and agedashi tofu. The hibachi was okay but a bit greasy. The agedashi tofu was very greasy. The tom yum soup used celery and carrots instead of the expected ingredients (i.e. no galangal, lemongrass, or lime leaves were detected). Thankfully, the soup was not greasy. Overall, though, most of the food tasted like greasy Chinese food (with some MSG and without douchi or shitake), and I would give it fewer stars, but it was a good amount for the price, and still edible after rubbing some grease away. I suspect the sushi is better but don't like raw fish. It came within 10 minutes despite other patrons being there, including pickup orders. I wouldn't return here, mostly because we almost ran someone over while driving there, who suddenly exited his car while he was driving in the middle of the street, and the food was not my type.“
