There is a 90 minute time limit which I get but when you are rushed to get out by an hour that’s not right. Also when you’re hounding tables waiting to literally take a plate because you have nothing else to do that’s a problem. Finally when you’re coming up to tables and asking them for platters back because you don’t have enough supposedly that’s not good either. Last night I was hounded constantly. Twice I had people tell me to move my sushi to my paper plate because they needed the platter. May I suggest buying more platters. Love the food and yes I know I’ll be back but the service was ridiculous in your face. Don’t come here for date night because they don’t leave you alone“

“A wonderful place for a family dinner! Sushi are flawless! So so so so good! I don’t think I have tried any better around here! And what really surprised me is that they are so thin but there is so much of them! I know some places have ginormous sushi, sometimes I can barely fit one in my mouth! But these! Top tier! Perfect size, quantity and quality! Also the atmosphere is so cozy. The owners make you feel like you’re home! Very nice and welcoming people! 10/10! Worth a visit!!!

“I’ve been going to Wasabi for probably 5-6 years now and the quality is always consistent. They recently added poke bowl to the menu, which I normally get from another place. The portion was okay, everything was fresh but the amount of each protein you get is small, overall I think I’ll stick to getting rolls. But I do appreciate them branching out and adding onto their menu, it’s forward thinking.“

I had the most tasty, smooth and crunchy, sushi pizza!! I paired it with a healthy seaweed salad. “I came to the restaurant in the hope of getting a plate of sashimi. However, the menu did not have it available except for a small couple of pieces portion or a la carte. So I had a sushi roll version made up for me with cucumber. Because it's not a traditional Japanese sushi sashimi place with many fresh fish options, I only had the basic fish options like tuna, salmon and yellowtail. In terms of freshness, it was good. I'm sure the regular sushi rolls are fine but I didn't try any since my heart was set on sashimi. They tried the best they could to accommodate me.“

Everything was phenomenal, and we had a lovely chat with the owner! We promised to keep her in business, so we will definitely be coming back!

Edit: Oh yeah, the milk tea was pretty up there. Some of the best I've had in years. I like mine less sweet, and it was perfect and refreshing! And my wife absolutely loved the Lady in Red roll!“

They have a pretty decent menu selection or hot and cold items of different rolls, sashimi, nigeri, etc. I thought the sushi rolls were ok but the rice should be a bit chewier. It was a bit too watery and soft for me. Really liked their fried items and the teriyaki fish they have.

Service was decent. The atmosphere was a bit too dark and stuffy for me. Would be nice to have some windows.

They are BYOB which is amazing. Overall, I think this is a great spot to come and stuff your face.“

“This was my first time visiting Dozo Sushi and the hostess noticed my order and asked if I was vegetarian. After confirming I was, she let me know she would have the team replace my one roll as the sauce contained oysters. I didn't know about the sauce, and would have never known if she hadn't asked, so I was impressed about the extra level of care. “So on the recommendation of a coworker I tried this place out since it was Friday sushi was a good choice for lunch. I ordered a spider roll (soft shell crab in tempura). For lunch seems like the one person handle it well but could of use more help getting orders. Place is nothing great to look at but was very clean. Now the food it was super fresh it was freshly fried that was still a little warm still when I ate it. Loved it was only 6 pieces if I knew it was small but good I would of ordered two rolls guess next time. Great susbi.“
