“We truly enjoyed our time at the sushi bar. My son absolutely loved the experience, especially collecting and disposing of the plates to earn points. The sushi was very fresh, provided it had not been on the belt for too long, and we would also recommend ordering the hot food. The robot was charming, and we enjoyed having it deliver our drinks. We also appreciated the restroom facilities, which featured heated seats and bidets. While we were unsure about the availability of prizes, our waiter kindly provided a charm for our son. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again in the future.“

I also got the green salad with ginger dressing, which tasted so fresh and flavorful. The shrimp shumai were honestly addictive. They also included veggie gyoza and miso soup on the house, and both were delicious as well. Everything tasted fresh and well made, and I will definitely be returning to Kame Sushi.“

however, last week i ordered a poke bowl and noticed that they changed their containers from paper to plastic. its not that huge of a deal, but the plastic containers are smaller than the paper but the price is the same. additonally, the vegetables in my poke bowl were not that fresh which was unusual.

it's not too huge of a deal and i'll continue to support this place, but i'll always advocate for more eco friendly choices. if possible, please return to the paper bowls!“

I got the fried beef gyoza, 4 spring rolls, and the Family Roll, and honestly every bite was a hit. 🤤 They were out of the drink I wanted, but they recommended the strawberry bubble tea instead, and I’m glad they did! After ordering and eating entirely too much delicious food the couple who owns the restaurant gave me a ride to the bus station. “The food is top notch. From the soup to the sushi. Even the ice cream is delicious. What really bothers me though is the service. There is a 90 minute time limit which I get but when you are rushed to get out by an hour that’s not right. Also when you’re hounding tables waiting to literally take a plate because you have nothing else to do that’s a problem. Finally when you’re coming up to tables and asking them for platters back because you don’t have enough supposedly that’s not good either. Last night I was hounded constantly. Twice I had people tell me to move my sushi to my paper plate because they needed the platter. May I suggest buying more platters. Love the food and yes I know I’ll be back but the service was ridiculous in your face. Don’t come here for date night because they don’t leave you alone“

“I had an amazing experience at Masago Sushi in Ridgewood, NJ. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The prices are also such a big factor since its so low for such big portions. But what really stood out, was the service. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick without ever feeling rushed. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. I would like to acknowledge the service of Ashley. She was so nice and really made us know that we didn’t make a mistake going here.
