“Ordered from here for the first time. Got unagi don and the sashimi deluxe. Both came with miso soup. I asked for substitutions in fish and they gave me exactly what I asked for. The sashimi was good for the most part, the salmon was the best part, melted in my mouth and delicious. The other fish were good too. The unagi don was good but a bit too salty, so that was a little disappointing. I haven't tried the miso soup yet.“

“We truly enjoyed our time at the sushi bar. My son absolutely loved the experience, especially collecting and disposing of the plates to earn points. The sushi was very fresh, provided it had not been on the belt for too long, and we would also recommend ordering the hot food. The robot was charming, and we enjoyed having it deliver our drinks. We also appreciated the restroom facilities, which featured heated seats and bidets. While we were unsure about the availability of prizes, our waiter kindly provided a charm for our son. “After a very long day, I came in get a bite to eat before I went back to traveling. The food is delicious. The staff is incredible. They will go the extra mile for you (literally). After ordering and eating entirely too much delicious food the couple who owns the restaurant gave me a ride to the bus station. Salmon quality is amazing, so is their teryaki bowls. Doordash delivery is always perfect and timely, they wrap up the soy sauce so it doesn't spill, give freebies from time to time, and even took time to write a note once thanking us. We were really missing a good sushi spot near West Milford, and finding Raku Sushi was such a pleasant surprise. The sushi is fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared, and everything we’ve tried has been consistently great.

“The food is top notch. From the soup to the sushi. Even the ice cream is delicious. What really bothers me though is the service. There is a 90 minute time limit which I get but when you are rushed to get out by an hour that’s not right. Also when you’re hounding tables waiting to literally take a plate because you have nothing else to do that’s a problem. Finally when you’re coming up to tables and asking them for platters back because you don’t have enough supposedly that’s not good either. Last night I was hounded constantly. Twice I had people tell me to move my sushi to my paper plate because they needed the platter. May I suggest buying more platters. Love the food and yes I know I’ll be back but the service was ridiculous in your face. Don’t come here for date night because they don’t leave you alone“

We visited for a family gathering and were shown to a private room; the service was attentive, and they kept refilling the delicious side dishes.
The sashimi was fresh, as was all the seafood. There was a wide variety of tasty accompanying dishes, and the staff were all friendly.
The aged kimchi was particularly outstanding—the assorted sashimi paired with it was truly delicious.
The portions were so generous that they even packed up the spicy fish stew for us to take home.

“I've been coming here on-off for about 3 years, I think? It's a lovely, quiet place. I'm rarely in the mood for sushi but from my occasional hunt, the bulgogi roll lured me here. And the simple atmosphere & excellent service made me come back again, and again. Although I don't have many pictures of my dining or pickups from here, I highly recommend the bulgogi or pink salmon special (seared roll)
