“Pass by this place all the time on the way to school so I figured I finally give it a try. Was pleasantly surprised they had an all-you-can-eat menu at a good price, especially if you're looking to eat more than 25$ worth of sashimi... some of the tempura vegetables were kinda bland and the Rangoons were kinda cold. Definitely enjoyed the sashimi, and the tea was really good. The service was really prompt and attentive. Would go again.“

“What a hidden gem! We stumbled upon Akasaka Sushi & Hibachi completely by accident, and we’re so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious, and everything was incredibly fresh. The service was fantastic from start to finish, and what really stood out was how warmly and respectfully our kids were treated. They even received adorable little bracelets, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch!

“Definitely one of the most overwhelming and beautiful places that I’ve ever been to try sushi in my whole life, there’s no way to describe how good it was.
We wait a little more of what we expected.
But wait was worth it food was fresh, homemade and delicious, attention it’s def a 1000/10 you feel that you’re in your home, my 5yo daughter mentioned that she was being treated like her grandma treat her (so you can have an idea of how good they were) well, not many words to add.

“The best korean food in the area. It is a little pricey for the amount, but the quality is always worth it. Been ordering here for 6 years. Their delivery is amazing, food is always hot and fresh. Salmon quality is amazing, so is their teryaki bowls. Doordash delivery is always perfect and timely, they wrap up the soy sauce so it doesn't spill, give freebies from time to time, and even took time to write a note once thanking us. Never once got a bad order. 10/10 my favorite spot to order from.“

“i've been going here a lot for lunch this year and i've always had a great experience.

however, last week i ordered a poke bowl and noticed that they changed their containers from paper to plastic. its not that huge of a deal, but the plastic containers are smaller than the paper but the price is the same. additonally, the vegetables in my poke bowl were not that fresh which was unusual.

it's not too huge of a deal and i'll continue to support this place, but i'll always advocate for more eco friendly choices. if possible, please return to the paper bowls!“

“This is a brand new, recently opened restaurant and wow did they deliver for first impressions. Food was absolutely incredible. The sushi was fresh and made quickly. I had the volcano roll and the Naruto rainbow row, it was beautiful and delicious. Very good quality cuts and tasted fresh Really impressed by their milk tea as well. We got the original and Taro milk tea and it was fantastic. Staff was also very friendly and helpful in deciding what to order. Would definitely be coming back the next time I’m in town!“

The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. A special shoutout to our waiter, DAVID—he was fantastic! He was so helpful with walking us through the menu and giving recommendations, which made deciding what to order effortless.

“Essentially a takeout reataurant offering Japanaese cuisine, the restaurant provides fresh fish in their sushi amd sashimi entrees. Fish, when freshly caught and obtained from fishermen as they come in with their catch, tastes sweet, as i had experienced once in my life. There is that hint of sweetness in the fish the restaurant serves, that is why this is the only place i order from when i have a hankering for jalanese food. Prices are comparable with other restaurants, though the servings are slightly bigger. Doesnt this make you try them? You'll thank me once you do!“

There is a 90 minute time limit which I get but when you are rushed to get out by an hour that’s not right. Also when you’re hounding tables waiting to literally take a plate because you have nothing else to do that’s a problem. Finally when you’re coming up to tables and asking them for platters back because you don’t have enough supposedly that’s not good either. Last night I was hounded constantly. Twice I had people tell me to move my sushi to my paper plate because they needed the platter. May I suggest buying more platters. “The restaurant was so pretty and had a calm atmosphere, and it felt private enough to just hang out and talk with our group. Our server, Valeria, was very attentive, answered all our questions, and even gave us recommendations based on what we were in the mood for. We ordered a bunch of dishes to share: sushi, ramen, boba, shrimp tempura, wings, and yakitori. Everything was delicious, and the portions were good. The spicy wings were a bit spicier than I expected, but they still had great flavor. Overall we had a really good experience, with great food and ambiance, and we'll be coming back!“

The sashimi was good for the most part, the salmon was the best part, melted in my mouth and delicious. The other fish were good too. The unagi don was good but a bit too salty, so that was a little disappointing. I haven't tried the miso soup yet.“
