“Perfect start to the day! We stayed here 4 or 5 times during our week in NY for breakfast. We tested porridge, acai bowls and smoothies. The "Hell's Kitchen Sink" tastes awesome (with peanut butter and cocoa nips.) The smoothies Boo Berry, Gymbuddy and Energy Boost are each made with almond or coconut milk and protein powder .We loved everything! The service is very friendly and There are only a few seats, so we were there early (about 8 / 9h) and had no problems getting a small table.Now we are back home and miss the delicious bowls!“

Not sure if it’s because the cashier was having a long day or if it’s because it’s 30 minutes before closing(not even as I write this review it’s 9:24) my bowl was made in like less than 60 seconds. Which looking at the bowl it doesn’t even look full compared to when i usually get my bowls. Cool. But the passive aggressiveness from the girl wasn’t it. Usually they put like a white cream (not sure what it is) she said it was white chocolate. I didn’t see the white chocolate & I asked nicely are you sure it’s there? And she just responded with an attitude. Everyone is entitled to bad days! We’re human. But please don’t forget you’re at work. Serving people. There’s multiple people in that store, someone else can be the face when you’re having a rough day. Just be nice!“

“Came in here after work around Lunchtime to have a smoothie bowl as I was craving to try one. I custom made what I wanted and had the pitaya (dragonfruit) base with mango, blueberries, granola, banana, coconut flakes and honey and omgggg did it deliver!!!! Sooo delicious! Not to mention the service frok the girls there was super sweet and friendly. There’s a cute bunch of chairs to sit at outside which is where I loved to after being inside because it’s air conditioned inside and I wanted to get some sun. Highly recommended!“

“I came here last week after work and had such a wonderful experience! It was my first time ever trying sea moss I got 3 of the gels, and I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place. The sea moss was absolutely amazing, fresh, and tasty. I’ve been using them in smoothies as recommended but the flavored ones are especially great on their own! I shared with my sister and she fell in love with the orange passion guava flavor gel!
I also want to give a huge thank you to the wonderful lady behind the counter. She was genuinely the sweetest person and made my first experience so memorable. She took the time to answer every question I had, explained everything so well, and really took her time to make some cool conversations. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and wants everyone to have a great experience.

“I just moved to Woodside and was searching for a shop that carries healthy, vegan options as I’m vegan since 2012. I stumbled across Go Natural and it fits the bill perfectly. It’s a lovely, old school health food store that manages to fit a large number of options into a relatively small space. I wish the shop had a website as not everyone is on Facebook, but maybe that will come eventually.“

Good food, calm atmosphere, and exactly the kind of place you want inside a store like Saks: clean, polished, and easy.

It feels healthy without tasting like punishment, which is apparently rare now. Great stop if you’re shopping, working nearby, or just need a decent place to sit and eat without dealing with Midtown chaos.
