IHOP is a restaurant with good food, similar to other locations. The staff is friendly but sometimes preoccupied. On a quiet Sunday evening, the attentive staff served delicious food at the right temperature and in a timely manner. They offer a variety of vegetarian options and can make almost anything vegetarian. The restaurant has plenty of parking, including disability spots. However, there was an issue with change during a To-Go order payment where the customer did not receive the correct change and felt like money was taken without explanation. The customer suggested that IHOP should either inform customers about their change policy or round down cash purchases to the whole dollar to avoid such situations in the future. Despite this incident, the food was good and the customer had not experienced any other negative incidents at this location.
