Quick service. Clean and ample spacing booths. Ample parking space. High chair and koala kare on restroom seen. Restroom is clean and smells neutral but needs upgrade. Only thing made it 4 star is that they didn’t provide me the original receipt so i could use it for to get pancoins and WiFi is not working. See images for further reference

Always consistent at this IHOP on Easton Ave. The staff (mostly young white guys and Spanish kids) are respectful, polite, and on time with orders. Food is standard IHOP quality, but the great customer service is what keeps me coming back — especially for those buttermilk pancakes.

Service was on time and good attendance.
Atmosphere terrible cold place, tables was duty and the bathroom are pretty in a bad shape leaks rusted panels and very poor cleaning. I can't imagine how is the kitchen if the bathroom is like that.
