Personal reasons
Everyone puts their Hands And head over the glass. They might as well scoop their own food. So it’s kind of disgusting. Although the service is phenomenal.
Forget about ordering ahead of time. The app notified me that my order was ready for pickup just 15 minutes after I placed it, yet it still took another 25 minutes for them to actually bring it out. Meanwhile, people who walked in at the same time as me had their orders prepared and received before I even got the order I had placed in advance. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it doesn’t actually save any time?
