“I placed my order through the newly downloaded Shake Shack app, opting for their famous ShackBurger, fries, and a milkshake, vanilla & chocolate shake. It should be noted that they do not offer any "value meals" as the fries come separately. Once you place your order, the app tells you exactly when to expect it. If you order via the in-store kiosk, you have the option to dine in or take out, but the app only allows takeout.
The ShackBurger was good. It came loaded with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and a delicious sauce, all sandwiched in a potato bun. The Shack burger was odd because the meat was warm, but the bun was a little cold. I didn't care for the fries because they were not as warm as I would have liked. The star of the meal was their milkshake; it was incredibly thick, so much so that I had to grab a spoon because it was nearly impossible to drink through a straw. Rich, creamy, and indulgent, it was the perfect treat.
Madison, a friendly employee, was busy delivering orders and opening doors for customers. Other staff members also kept busy, wiping down tables after customers left to ensure everything was neat and clean.“

“Very good service, and the manager there is amazing, Appreciate all their hard work. For those complaining about waiting in line too long, cook burgers at home. For those complaining about getting the wrong order, get off your boss (cell phone) go inside and speak to an employee respectfully and they will accommodate you. Great location and thank you to all who work there.“

“Get rid of the kiosks. They're NOT a "feature" for customers, their presence in fast food restaurants deters me from patronizing them. It takes longer for me to order, they are frustrating, and they detract any social contact with otherwise helpful staff like those found at this restaurant. Smart owners should get rid of them and advertise such. Try it shut them down and advertise it with signs... See if the business increases.“

“Wendy's is my favorite fast food. I pretty much like everything on their menu and they are the only ones with certain random items and even their normal items a lil something that makes them a little different then what you got every at every other fast food place for instance their burgers have ketchup and mayonnaise and for some reason I would never think of that combo but it tastes really good on their burgers especially with the lettuce tomato and pickles were there cheese that use on their loaded baked potato taste awesome on the fries also and you can have chili with cheese on it which is amazing and they are the only place to get that. You can pretty much fulfill any craving all-in-one stop at Wendy's.“

“Came here on a pickup….last order on a Sunday night. Had a few laughs and banter with staff here. Nice dudes along with their crew. Counter man offered me a slice to go which hit the spot on a long delivery night and it was superb! Highly recommended establishment!“
