“I was there about a week ago and I called in an order for wings and a mushroom cheesesteak. I was on business and went there on a whim.

When I arrived, the owners were extremely cordial and greet you like family. I decided to sit down and eat.

The wings were very good (not breaded which I love) and the mushroom cheesesteak was also very good. But, what made this experience very special, was probably the extra 15 wings and a ton of fries that were properly cooked.

This was, what it used to be like growing up - where the owners and employees are so generous you have to come back.

This is a business that everyone should visit and just enjoy food the way it is supposed to served.

“We frequently order from RIA, and the food is always delicious and service always without issues. I think I've written a review for them before but wanted to write another because of a new experience. I have an teenager with autism who accompanied me to RIA to pick up our dinner order. We're working on social interactions that happen in public in everyday tasks (such as checking out at a grocery store or, in this case, picking up an order from a restaurant), so after discussing how the interaction could go before we entered, I encouraged my son to take over the responsibility of speaking up to state he was picking up an order. Well, he stumbled through it, either not answering when he was spoken to or not speaking loudly enough for his answer to be heard. Once he finally made it through getting it across that he was picking up an order, the owner (at least, I'm pretty sure he's the owner!) took a few seconds to explain to my son how the process usually goes as a customer coming in to pick up an order. Did he recognize my son was special needs and that he was struggling with something most people his age have no problem with? Maybe not. But even so he remained friendly & patient despite doing multiple things at once, with other customers in line, while waiting for my son to answer his questions and was kind enough to give him a pointer on the interaction and in my eyes that is wonderful. So thanks Romeos Italian American for not only having great food and service always but for showing some grace to a young man working on learning how to navigate the world.“

“Got myself italian regular sub, mike's way. The cuts, spices, veggies and juice is extremely fresh but was not the biggest fan of the wheat bread. I feel like it was a bit dry and stale. Or maybe it is that way and I prefer subway's bread better. But the jersey mike's cookie tops Subway, for sure.“

“This place was very nice. The inside was a very happy atmosphere and the music was perfect for a place like this. Before walking in, me and my party were greeted by a very nice lady who worked there. Upon entering, I looked at the menu and was astonished by the variety of different food items. To top all that, I ordered multiple items and it all only came out to about $14. Before even tasting my food, I smelled the delicious sauces, making my nose tingle. I am so happy I came here. “I ate at the Monroe store today. I had never been at a Buubakoos before and did not know what to expect. I had the pork burrito and it was off the hook. The place was spotless and the service was spot on. The manager came over and introduced himself as John and asked if everything was satisfactory, and it was more than satisfactory. You would think John was the owner not just the manager, he cared as if was his own business. It was good to see that. I will be back for sure, my new go to place.“

“Came in late on a Saturday Afternoon, my wife and I were greeted by two employees Kayla and Jeremy. Rarely do I ever write reviews for places but I must say these two employees had provided such amazing service that I feel compelled to leave this here. Kayla and Jeremy were both attentative and focused on their food prep and neither were annoyed by my wife's dietary restrictions. Kayla even prepped my wife's food separately because of her dietary sensitivities, making sure to use separate spatulas, spoons etc to avoid cross contamination. It isn't often when we go out to a Mexican style restaurant and are greeted so warmly and provided such wonderful service when staff are met with our situation. Jeremy and Kayla were focused, precise and quick preparing our food and their attitudes were both respectful and kind. If you have any dietary concerns or sensitivities know you are in good hands when you stop by this Bubbakoo's Location and are assisted by either Kayla or Jeremy. We look forward to visiting this establishment again in the future.

Food was warm, even after the drive home its kept together well and was still hot following a 20 minute drive, tasted excellent and was a great reminder of why we should return on a taco tuesday.“

“These subs cost more than going to wawa but they are delicious... and worth it to treat yourself once in a while. They are much much better than subway. The bread is fresh as are the premium Boars Head coldcuts. There are 3 diff types of bread i think to choose from too! Even the tuna is fresh.
