“For Valentine's Day weekend, my wife and I dined at the historical and exquisite Knife & Fork Inn on Friday, 2.13.26, since the 14th was totally booked. It was her first time there and mine since childhood. The menu was so extensive that it made it a bit of a welcoming challenge to focus on a particular choice. For starters, our huge portion of the Corn & Crab Chowder was the best that we have ever had and the Artisanal Cheese Plate was delectably wide-ranging. My wife loved the Halibut and my Bone-In Pork Chop was superb. Our cordial and diligent waiter, Carmen, who took service to the next level, suggested the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert and we were very glad that he did as it was perfectly sized to share! Before we arrived, I mentioned to my wife that this would be a top dining experience and it was more than that with the historical ambiance, service and the spectacular menu options. We will definitely be back to try some more of their varied cuisine!“

“Hat's off to the Byrd Cage!! We (Atlantic City) finally got a restaurant with good food. I've eaten there a couple of times now and both time the food was consistently good! “We had a great experience! The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and the food was excellent. The property is beautiful and has so much to offer, including cornhole, live music, and river access with docks, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

A special thank you to our waitress, Sam. She was quick, efficient, attentive, and friendly throughout our visit. She was also very knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. Her outstanding service made our experience even better. We liked her so much we had her our second night as well.
The AirBNB a few doors down is under the same owner and equally beautiful. We will definitely be back!“

“When I decided to go there it didn't have much expectations. I just saw it on Google maps and wanted to check it out.
They offer a variety of authentic German beer. The food is mostly more German inspired than authentic, but the Bavarian Pretzel is actually very authentic.
The staff is super nice. I recommend checking the place out if you're ever in the area“

“People were probably off for Mother's day so the dining room was closed and we were served by the bartender. She was very friendly and checked in frequently. The food was a good value for the price and I especially liked the caprese tower and shrimp. Will definitely be back this summer“

“I’ve heard about Nola’s from many people since it opened. It was Ocean’s version of Borgata’s Gypsy Bar. The problem is it wasn’t as good. But that doesn’t matter anymore since Borgata decided to close the best live music bar in Atlantic City. My daughter and her BF took us to Nola’s. It was a great night. Good drinks, nice atmosphere, great music with a good dance floor.

I guess one of the things that made Gypsy better was half the venue wasn’t reserve areas like Nola’s. Groups could reserve an area and it would be roped off but if no one reserved it then it was open to everyone. On this night all of the reserved areas were empty until the second band when two groups came in to take up most of one side of the reserved area. Gypsy has lots of high top tables which are great for dance venues.

We still stay at Borgata but go to other casinos each night to whichever has the best live music and dancing that night. The more we go to Oceans the more we talk about switching from Borgata to Oceans. We can’t have Gold level status at two casinos so we have to pick. Nola’s might finally get us to switch casinos.“

Reminds you of your Sunday family dinners with an explanation point. So much fun and attention to making sure you come back. New owners are from South Philly and are a blast to be around. “This place is Frozen Daiquiri Heaven! So many flavors to choose from and they give you free samples too so you can find your favorite flavor to pare with alcohol. The small size is $16; the large is $20 and the thermos version with a straw is $26 before tax. We were very happy with our selections! I had Cherry Blast with regular vodka and my companion enjoyed Mudslide with vanilla vodka. Stop by and enjoy one! Delicious and refreshing!“

“Typical casino lobby bar, but given the history of the Resorts Casino, it's worth having a drink or two. The bar's hours aren't great (they open later than most) BUT they do have amazing holiday themed pop-up bars for different seasons (Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, etc) that take over the bar, complete with decorations and specialty cocktails.“

“A great hidden gem in Atlantic city is the Toga Bar. Drinks are reasonable priced with comfy seats. Our bartender was Joe T and he was great! Every empty glass was whisked away and refilled. He was full of knowledge about Caesars casino and hotel and recommended different restaurants and buffets on the property. We can see why Caesars keeps him at the bar on the casino floor as he is such a great advocate for the casino.“

“LAUREN is the best!! I’ve been coming to the Tropicana for a long time. I have been going to the firewaters bar for about 4-5 years. Around 4 years ago lauren served me and my family and she was the best bartender ever. Well… 4 years later I’ve returned to the Tropicana after my mom passing away and lauren was mine and my bfs bartender two nights in a row. She is nothing short of amazing. She made what was a very emotional return to AC since losing my mom one of the most memorable vacations here yet. We already are planning our next trip back just to hang out at firewaters bar with lauren! She is such a sweetheart and the BEST bartender possible. I recommend for everyone to go to firewaters bar and see lauren, she will make you feel seen and heard and has the best service in the GAME!“

“Got to enjoy a Halloween in Atlantic City. The Mountain Bar was the perfect place to get drafts for an amazing price, hear some live music everyone was singing along to and witness some jaw dropping costumes. All I can say is that you should be so lucky as to have Lence as your server if you find yourself at the hightop tables by the bar!! And no that is not a misspelling!! She was absolutely fantastic, incredibly attentive and rather quick considering how busy the bar was. Highly highly recommend!!!“
