“For Valentine's Day weekend, my wife and I dined at the historical and exquisite Knife & Fork Inn on Friday, 2.13.26, since the 14th was totally booked. It was her first time there and mine since childhood. The menu was so extensive that it made it a bit of a welcoming challenge to focus on a particular choice. For starters, our huge portion of the Corn & Crab Chowder was the best that we have ever had and the Artisanal Cheese Plate was delectably wide-ranging. My wife loved the Halibut and my Bone-In Pork Chop was superb. Our cordial and diligent waiter, Carmen, who took service to the next level, suggested the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert and we were very glad that he did as it was perfectly sized to share! Before we arrived, I mentioned to my wife that this would be a top dining experience and it was more than that with the historical ambiance, service and the spectacular menu options. We will definitely be back to try some more of their varied cuisine!“

“Great atmosphere. We were seated by a window which allowed bay views. Drinks, apps, then dinner. Trust me you will be impressed. Our server was pleasant and efficient. I had snapper and it was delicious. We split a dessert of cheesecake. You need reservations, and in the off season they still draw a crowd. Plenty of off street parking. Enjoy.“

Also, the place was spotless...I almost felt bad asking them to put an omelette on the grill.“

Passed this establishment mant times on way in/out of OCNJ. After deciding to not eat at local cash only bar-restaurant, decided to try DiOrio's....liked that they were not cash only. Food was decent for type of establishment and price. Wait staff very friendly. Low key, no frills type of place. Would consider again in future.“

“When I decided to go there it didn't have much expectations. I just saw it on Google maps and wanted to check it out.
They offer a variety of authentic German beer. The food is mostly more German inspired than authentic, but the Bavarian Pretzel is actually very authentic.

“I’ve heard about Nola’s from many people since it opened. It was Ocean’s version of Borgata’s Gypsy Bar. The problem is it wasn’t as good. But that doesn’t matter anymore since Borgata decided to close the best live music bar in Atlantic City. My daughter and her BF took us to Nola’s. It was a great night. Good drinks, nice atmosphere, great music with a good dance floor.

I guess one of the things that made Gypsy better was half the venue wasn’t reserve areas like Nola’s. Groups could reserve an area and it would be roped off but if no one reserved it then it was open to everyone. On this night all of the reserved areas were empty until the second band when two groups came in to take up most of one side of the reserved area. Gypsy has lots of high top tables which are great for dance venues.

We still stay at Borgata but go to other casinos each night to whichever has the best live music and dancing that night. The more we go to Oceans the more we talk about switching from Borgata to Oceans. We can’t have Gold level status at two casinos so we have to pick. Nola’s might finally get us to switch casinos.“

“This place is Frozen Daiquiri Heaven! So many flavors to choose from and they give you free samples too so you can find your favorite flavor to pare with alcohol. The small size is $16; the large is $20 and the thermos version with a straw is $26 before tax. We were very happy with our selections! I had Cherry Blast with regular vodka and my companion enjoyed Mudslide with vanilla vodka. Stop by and enjoy one! Delicious and refreshing!“

“We were 10 and got seated pretty quickly by the jukebox. The music was my jam. The restaurant was somewhat busy and it remained quiet. The food came all at once, the food was good and the prices are decent. The waitress was good, friendly and knowledgeable.
We all had a good time. I will definitely go back and try other options I had selected.
Also, it's almost Halloween and they have a lot of decorations inside and outside. Nicely done.

There is plenty of parking. Vegan/vegetarian options are also available. Quantities are generous, especially for the appetizers.“

“Typical casino lobby bar, but given the history of the Resorts Casino, it's worth having a drink or two. The bar's hours aren't great (they open later than most) BUT they do have amazing holiday themed pop-up bars for different seasons (Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, etc) that take over the bar, complete with decorations and specialty cocktails.“

“LAUREN is the best!! I’ve been coming to the Tropicana for a long time. I have been going to the firewaters bar for about 4-5 years. Around 4 years ago lauren served me and my family and she was the best bartender ever. Well… 4 years later I’ve returned to the Tropicana after my mom passing away and lauren was mine and my bfs bartender two nights in a row. She is nothing short of amazing. She made what was a very emotional return to AC since losing my mom one of the most memorable vacations here yet. We already are planning our next trip back just to hang out at firewaters bar with lauren! She is such a sweetheart and the BEST bartender possible. I recommend for everyone to go to firewaters bar and see lauren, she will make you feel seen and heard and has the best service in the GAME!“

“Best Soul Food that I’ve ever had. Huge portions We got the steamers as an appetizer, served in a perfect garlicky broth. We had a fun and energetic server, named Ray. I was debating between the fried chicken or the smothered pork chop and he said “well, Popeyes is everywhere, get the Pork chop” The pork chop did not disappoint! Perfectly seasoned, crispy smothered in gravy and onions. For sides, we both got the Collard Greens, I got the yams and my husband got Mac and Cheese. Best Collard Greens ever! “A great hidden gem in Atlantic city is the Toga Bar. Drinks are reasonable priced with comfy seats. Our bartender was Joe T and he was great! Every empty glass was whisked away and refilled. He was full of knowledge about Caesars casino and hotel and recommended different restaurants and buffets on the property. We can see why Caesars keeps him at the bar on the casino floor as he is such a great advocate for the casino.“
