I did not expect this....Coming from a place that is specialized in lomo. Perfect portion and if you have leftover it's not even bad the next day which I am AMAZED.Lomo- Good, yummy onions that stay crunchy so if you buy it 5 hours ahead it will still be crunchy.I really like this place their prices are reasonable and I don't have a hard time picking up the food because there is ample parking. “We hired Chicken and Waffles on Wheels to cater our 8th grade pool party, and they were absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious, fresh, flavorful, and a huge hit with both the kids and adults. They managed to take and serve orders efficiently for 65 hungry middle schoolers, which is no easy task, and they did it with friendliness and professionalism. “I’ve been coming to this small business for about 3/4 years now and although it’s just a taco truck I know enough that all I have to do is pick up my order and eat it at my house or enjoy it with my partner at the nearby park. I’m not gonna make a review about the “environment” of a taco truck and make them feel obligated to my seating needs for that I’ll just to a RESTAURANT it’s a perfect grab and go. The staff is very friendly and hard working people, for as busy as they get their customer service is consistently great. I want to mention how hard it is to find authentic AL PASTOR TACOS that are supposed to be made like how they make it here. The tortilla is always fresh, the meat is seasoned perfectly and you can tell by the color on the meat and the salsa verde is also perfect if you are into spicy fresh homemade salsa just the right texture not watery like others that I’ve had around the area.“

“The New England Clam Chowder with crab added to it was TO DIE FOR….. Got a container at The Herald Square Market to eat when i got home and I was in Heaven with every bite! Fresh and creamy, awesome taste and the crab meat added just intensified the experience! I’m visiting New York from TN and it was one of my best meals so far! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“I’ve tried over a dozen Halal carts in the city, and this one has by far the best chicken over rice. Once you try it, you’ll go out of your way to come here every time you crave halal.

The chicken is juicy and always perfectly flavored and cooked. All ingredients are fresh. The sauces are great, and the red sauce is VERY spicy (love it)

The folks running it are super friendly and the cart is kept clean.

I’m legitimately concerned that once people find out about this place, there will lines around the block. It’s one viral TikTok away from becoming an overcrowded tourist spot.“

“Working with Bro-Ritos was a very pleasant experience and we can't wait to bring them back to Rutgers-NB again! From the moment we contacted them through their website, they were professional, prompt, and friendly.We invited them for our annual Black Student Social which is a fall semester welcome program. The staff were kind and worked quickly to serve over 200 students. Our students were happy with their tacos and burritos. The owner was very accommodating and met all of our needs.Administratively, I was very impressed with Bro-Ritos. We made A LOT of requests and changes and had to work through the nuances of getting a new vendor approved, but Bro-Ritos was always responsive and on top of it. They are true team players.If you have the opportunity, you should book the Bro's!“

“The guy who runs the cart from opening to around 2-3 pm is literally the best halal cart cook in the entire city. I been getting his lamb over rice and lamb gyro since I was a kid and no where else has come close.
