“I’d been searching for a BBQ caterer in NJ for a birthday party and feel like I hit the jackpot with Jersey Joe’s. Cindy was helpful and very busy but I was able to place my order after a few days of going back and forth. Everyone at the party was floored by how good the food was! The Alabama chicken wings were delicious and had a nice kick. The brisket was incredibly tender and flavorful, grateful that they came without bbq sauce so that it could be added as desired. They also included extra sauces when requested which was great. The chopped chicken was tasty. The street corn blew everyone away, it was that good! The potato salad was solid and the cornbread was abundant. The mac and cheese was delish and we’re glad we added the breadcrumbs like the kid delivering the food suggested. Speaking of which, the delivery was the best I have ever experienced. He brought the food in, placed them in the warmers, filled them with water, and lit the sternos. He deserves a raise and promotion for his customer service, I only wish I remember his name. I highly recommend Jersey Joe’s and will be using them again in the future along with many of the guests at our party!“

“Seafood pimps was the best decision I could had made to celebrate my 56th birthday. I decided to purchase the Nexf ix & Chill. First the presentation was SUPERB. The crabs, mussels and shrimp were FRESH and DELECTABLE. The vegetables were seasoned to perfection. least of them all the amount that you receive is enough to feed a full size family, and we only ordered for two. I will definitely be back. I recommend Seafood Pimps to anyone that enjoy fresh mouth watering seafood.“

“I go around 6 30ish, always fresh food being brought out, long lines cuz food is so good and honestly can't beat the prices!!! Everything is so good from the Tres Leche to the beef n chicken empanadas. It's great for dinner if you buy for lunch beware you will go to sleep after!! “There is a reason Chef Mark and Remarkable Cuisine are the only people I will work with when hosting an event and I CANNOT say enough good things about the entire team, notably Tara who allows you to be the crazy host and is patient and kind and ultimately just wants to make sure you get what you want and are happy with the result. First and foremost, the food is delicious. Second, Tara and Mark really make planning an event a fun and stress free experience. They listen to your vision and come back with menus and presentation suggestions that are perfect. I’ve done everything from big parties to intimate dinners with them and each time has been a delicious culinary experience that my guests rave about. And they are extremely accommodating! Most recent event I wanted a menu that worked for adults and kids - playful but still adult appropriate. They nailed it. We had a perfectly curated menu that everyone loved and the details were impeccable. For our burger bar for example, I asked if we could add some fun toppings to the mix. Chef Mark and Tara came back with a multitude of items for the display and they were a HIT with the guests. Execution was perfect, food was fired throughout the night so nothing felt old or like it had been sitting out all day. The servers were extremely kind and helpful - made you feel welcomed and at home and that is really important to me when hosting in my home. Remarkable is high end, professional, delicious - not your cookie cutter catering. Further, the experience is consistent EVERY TIME (I’ve done multiple events now so I can say this) and really only has gotten better. I like to host and the one thing you just can’t screw up is the food and the service. It’ll ruin a party. “We feel so lucky to have had Judy cater our wedding (Masker’s Barn, 90 guests). I had never had anything catered in my life and Judy was so patient addressing all of my questions. All the food looked and tasted delicious. Among the guests' favorite dishes: Mini potato pancakes, honey glazed salmon filets (my favorite), stuffed shells with marinara sauce, oven-roasted baby potatoes. Judy was also able to accommodate my last minute requests for gluten free servings. Her staff were efficient and proactive and the way they arranged my mom’s desserts made her so happy. “We have used Daily Catering since the 80's. Yesterday, they catered a party at our home and EVERYONE talked about how wonderful it was. The steak, meatballs, baked ziti, chicken were outstanding. The menu is on their website and with one phone call, it was all set. They delivered and set up on time. Cannot recommend highly enough for any type of party.
