“Last month I asked for recommendations for an Indian restaurant that had great vegan dishes. Clove Garden Garwood was highly recommended. I order 4 vegan dishes from their website tonight. I noted I was vegan online. I had also ordered Naan, (which I didn’t know contained dairy.) The owner took the time to call me and let me know it’s not vegan and made us Roti instead. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! Rich, delicious, authentic … best meal I’ve ever had. And the employees were incredibly nice. Looking forward to trying the other vegan dishes next week!! They have a huge selection. If you haven’t tried it yet, I would 100% try their food!!!“

“I asked if the kitchen could turn one of the side dishes into my entree. It was a shiitake mushroom risotto with tomatoes, peas, and garlic. It was one of the best dinners I’ve ever had. It was seasoned and cooked perfectly and the vegetables were fresh. I actually called the manager when I got home and pleaded with him to add it to the menu. “This review is a bit overdue, but &grain is the best! We had placed a catering order for our store last week and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. We wanted to do a staff lunch for ourselves, but weren't entirely sure what the best approach would be, so I spoke with John and he suggested a few items that were their most popular, which made it so easy.We got the Chipotle Chicken sandwich, Ham & Brie sandwich, Prime Rib sandwich, and the ABLT sandwich-- all of which were incredible. We also ordered an Apple Salad that was otherworldly. The blend of flavors and textures was sublime and we made short work of it.The star of the show, however, was the crookie. Half chocolate chip cookie, half croissant= all delicious. My friend ordered Khao Soi (fresh noodles in golden coconut curry topped with crispy wontons, coriander, and green onions) and I was intrigued by the Buffalo Not a Chicken Sandwich, so I ordered that with regular fries. We also ordered the Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies.Loved that the crispy wontons were in a separate container so they didn't get soggy in transport. Presentation despite 20 minute travel time was awesome and everything was still hot. And, wow, was it delish. “The food here is fresh and really really delicious. The spicy chicken shish tawook is so tender and has just enough of a kick. The platter comes with 2 sides--I got the salad and the rice--both fantastic. I'm sure the fries (the other option) would have been just as good. The garlic dipping sauce is out of this world with such great flavor. The restaurant was not crowded, so the waiter only had 2 tables, so the service was pretty good. The mint iced tea was also light and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if you enjoy authentic, fresh, deliciously prepared Lebanese food. A+. “We had a reservation and we were promptly seated. Our server was very nice and the food delicious. Again everything from the alcoholic beverages and entrees to the desserts. One disappointment was that I ordered the shrimp and grits which was supposed to come with bacon and chorizo, I asked for no chorizo and the dish came without both bacon and chorizo. The server was busy which I understand and wasn’t able to check on us while eating , so I ate most of my meal and alerted him at the end before we all ordered dessert. He apologized and said he would find out what went wrong but never followed up. I would never expect the meal to be free or anything like that, but maybe a simple free dessert or ten percent off the wrong prepared entree would be a nice gesture. Small differences matter especially when our bill was quite high. I’m sure we would return but when you are paying a premium for a good experience, something could have been done. Other than the small issue , a good experience.“

“We recently used Anthony’s catering for a small birthday gathering at my house. I was really impressed with the food, the service, and reasonable prices. The baked ziti was really delicious, reminding me of my grandmom’s Italian cooking and much better than standard catering fare. The salad was very fresh with strawberries and a yummy tangy dressing, and the cheesecake was some of the best I’ve ever had. Also, when they needed to substitute the toffee topping on the cheesecake I ordered, they went above and beyond to find a suitable sub for us, offering lots of yummy alternatives (we went with pecan and salted caramel - YUM!). Anthony’s is going to be my new go-to when I’m entertaining and don’t want to cook!“

My server even brought me the wrong food one time, and it was soooo good that I hadn't even noticed until halfway through my meal! “I ordered my Baby Shower cake from Ridhima and it was amazing. The cake was simple yet beautiful and the flavor was perfect. For me the sugar in cakes has to be just right and this one was on spot. Not too sweet and just right. There was a small hiccup but Ridhima was communicative about it and resolved the issue instantly. I truly appreciate that. For me overall a 5 star service.30th April 2024- ordered specials today from Ridhima- Corn Flatbread and Paneer Makhani Flatbread and they were phenomenal. The corn Flatbread reminded me of the open corn sandwich we used to get at CCD in India. IYKYK. And the paneer makhani flatbread had the most amazingly soft paneer I have had in US. The Makhani sauce was indeed Makhan ?. It definitely satiated my post partum cravings. Must try!! P.S. I was in a rush so couldn't take pictures ?.“

“I went there with my wife this evening and it was a great experience. We had delivery a couple of times, but eating at the restaurant was so much better. We were greeted with a big smile by Demi and she took great care of us. We had the large Meze appetizer and the small Mixed Grill and it was perfect. We had plenty to take home for Super Bowl snacks. We had a nice chat with Demi and she gave us a complimentary dessert of their homemade ice cream. The flavors were baklava and walnut. They were delicious. I highly recommend eating there. This female owned local smoothie and acai shop was a perfect find for us.We tried the wellness shot " healer" with turmeric, lemon and ginger that was served fast in a little plastic container for $4.Wait times were short even though had other customers waiting.The owner' s mom rang us up, gave us a little history of their start and told us of the history of being 100% vegan for you health conscious folks out there.Absolutely would come back for their protein smoothies that would be great after a run or workout. “Some of the best viet food I have had in the tri-state area. The summer rolls were some of the best. The vegan Lemongrass soup was very flavourful and satisfying. The grilled meat Pao also did not disappoint! Everything was cooked to perfection. Cuisine was very authentic. The hostest was very friendly and made great recommendations and suggestions. The only negative I must comment on is that their sandwiches sit under a heated lamp so their bagels can get a bit soggy. P.S. order online as soon as the bakery opens because they do sell out very quickly. Especially on the weekends!“
