Why their chicken is tremendous, the service we received was horrible.
It’s a brand new store in Memphis, TN. We ordered The Box with an extra piece of bread/toast. We waited 20 minutes after waiting in line. When they never called our name I had to go to the counter and present my receipt. The employee went to the back came back out and gave us the 3 finger combo to go. (We had ordered “for here”.
