“Had the vegetarian calabacitas with a side of the consommé and it was amazing. It was like a beef stew in taco form. 🤤 and the abuelita’s Jamaica was perfectly paired.

Also the chips and salsa are perfectly done.

The staff was super nice too, being really patient with me while I was ordering, too.

We had one of the evening's specials, shrimp dumplings, as well as the Salmon Prik and the Drunken Noodles. All three were excellent. Also ordered the appetizer sampler - good but not up to the high standard of the other dishes. Ended the meal with fried bananas and vanilla ice cream. About half way through I switched to the house dressing as the honey mustard was sweeter than I could handle. As it was Super Bowl Sunday, they were out of all soups except chicken veg, which was good also.“

Atmosphere was quiet (due to time of day) and we weren't rushed from our table. Would highly recommend enjoying a meal and a drink at Carolina Blue!“

We couldn't wait to have the garlic bread and salad to say the least! Our server was Kayla, and she couldn't have been anymore friendlier and accommodating with our service. Very patient while we looked over the menu. My dinner companion chose the Ravioli which he raved about and I selected the Chicken Margherita which was splendid and enough for dinner today. “I hesitate to write a review because we really do like this restaurant. I just came in for a takeout order which totaled $24.53. I’m waiting for my change so I can drop it in the tip bucket along with a couple extra dollars. The cashier closed the drawer without giving me the change. When I asked for my change she said oh we don’t do that. I said I’m sorry you don’t give people their change? She said if it is under 50 cents they don’t give change. I was a bit taken aback. I proceeded to leave without putting money in the tip jar. I do regret that because this is not her fault and I do apologize for my reaction as I said this “policy” is not her fault. I know in the grand scheme of things we are talking about pocket change but this is a ridiculous policy and needs to be reconsidered by the corporate office. Again, I am not leaving a negative review, just sharing my experience.“

First thing I would do is shut down the drive through when things get hectic or if they are short staffed and start taking care of the people that are actually waiting inside the facility.
