“Rode’s fireside located in Swedesboro NJ is a beautiful restaurant with exceptional service. The food is excellent and the staff goes above and beyond for customers to have a pleasant experience.
I had the “Sea to sea.” The crab cake and shrimp were delicious! I am from Baltimore where crab cakes are exceptional and Rode’s outdid my favorite seafood restaurant in MD. I can’t wait to go back!“

I learned during a past visit that they probably put parmesan in the breading so I got grilled chicken and pasta with marinara sauce. It was delicious.

“We had dinner at Nicks Glassboro again tonight. Their dinners were outstanding; delicious food for great prices! Two of us shared a chicken Parmesan dinner with penne pasta, salad, and garlic bread and we had leftovers even with sharing! Another got the ravioli and Italian sausage with salad and garlic bread and had enough for two more meals. It’s really delicious food! If you haven’t gone for dinner, you need to try it!“

The Cracker Barell looks like the old ones, which I am grateful for. I am from TN and this was my first visit to PA. I wanted some Southern food and the food was excellent and close to like I have at home. Decent atmosphere and clean restrooms too. but the checking out and line to get a table was long. Only one person at register (once the line was gone, 2 more cashiers appeared), and only one person at the hostess stand in the prime after-church crowd, so that sucked.
