“Our waitress took our order, we ordered 2 22 Oz Bud Lights and burgers. They had to change out the kegs so we actually got our food before the beers. “Saw a recommendation on Tik Tok and I am so glad I went to check it out! The food did NOT disappoint, and the staff was so friendly! I really wanted mega fries but also mozzarella sticks, so I asked if it was possible to get the mozzarella sticks with the mega fry toppings, and it was AMAZING!!!! It definitely needs to be a new menu item. I also ordered a cheese steak. It was big enough to share, and STUFFED with meat. This is definitely going to be my new go to place! Highly recommend!“

“I've been coming here since they originally opened, the food was always great but the service was always slow so I'd only come here or order if I was okay with a wait. 4 out of 5 times I always order the breakfast nachos, the exact same way...sub chorizo for chicken, sour cream on the side and jalapeños. I went there earlier this week, ordered what I always do, but when I get the check I have two add-ons that were not previously mentioned to me. had they been, I would have said that's ridiculous and nevermind. an extra $1.50 for a side of sour cream, an extra $2.00 for jarred jalapeños on top of my breakfast nachos. I understand that small businesses are struggling and they're probably trying to do what they can to keep their doors open but you have to be transparent with customers if suddenly you're going to tack an extra $3.50 onto someone's order without letting them know upfront. There's a new Mexican place in Williamstown that just opened that's been getting raving reviews, so that will likely turn into my new go-to. I don't appreciate being sneakily nickel and dimed and don't think I'll be back.“

“The food was bad and sentient. Took me weeks to get and finish the food. The 4th floor was dirty and 5th was spooky, Italian man running through, with giant rats. “sitting here waiting for my first order so i figured i'd give some feedback about the menu- specifically regarding the gluten free subject. let me just say- very unclear. so many things i'm interested in ordering but don't know if they are gluten free or not- for ex, wanted to order the poke bowl- says gluten free option. when went to add ingredients doesn't specify which are gluten free or not- like sauces & the marinades & a lot of seaweed salad isn't gf so etc. is like this for a lot of menu items not just poke. a lot of menu items you have to click on each one to see if it's gluten free as opposed to viewing all gf options at once as well. basically, it's not really worth the trouble if you're gluten free to come here unless you find your go-tos. this would be easier if you could heart your favorites so you could be prepared instead of having to look through everything every time. still need to work out a few kinks here to make this a lasting business imo, but cool idea. hope the co is willing to work on improvements. (giving food all stars for now but haven't tried it yet)“
