“This is my favorite place to come for takeout, I probably visit way too often but the butter chicken is SO good and they have great prices, a ton of variety (the krispy krunchy chicken is always good and so are the sandwiches!), and they are really nice! Would recommend!“

“On Point was very on point with our brunch. It's a BYOB spot in heart of Point Breeze with some great flavors and vibes. The group sampled quite a few starters including wings and cheesesteak egg rolls. For the main meal I had to go with the Challah French Toast. Unique flavor especially with the cheese and nuts. The group really enjoyed all the food. Our server TJ was also awesome. Made some great suggestions. Catch me back at on point in the summer.“

“This is my new favorite place. I really haven't tried anything besides the cheesesteaks and wings, but they are so good that I haven't browsed their other items. This is actually the best cheesesteak I've had in this area, and one of the best including in Philly. The wings are really good too. I honestly don't even like wings, but they are cooked well and they are crispy and meaty. They have this house sauce that is different than traditional wing sauce, but works so well. This place is solid, and if you go in, they have seats from veterans stadium and the staff is super cool. Everything about this place is great!“

“Some coworkers and I went to Dooneys after work, sat up at the bar, and got some burgers & sandwichesThe baine burger was great. And the grilled fish tacos were delicious. The bartender Jake was great too, he was very friendly, & attentive. “Wow! Social media and marketing are sooo integral and beneficial in our lives! A post card for $25 off a birthday meal brought my attention and patronage to Chuck Lager's a few months ago. We were so impressed with the space and food that I decided to have my daughter's milestone 21st birthday party here! Cindy, one of the manager's, did a stellar job in helping plan and execute the party, from my concept and our emails to the day of! We had a wonderful, cost free, private room to enjoy. It easily could hold 30-40 people. We had 22. It boasts an open airy feel, has three big flat screen tv's, speakers, heat lamps and fans. We arrived an hour early to decorate with balloons, banners, and table toppers. I also brought my daughter's custom cookies and ice-cream cake. Our server, Gianna, was very attentive, friendly, and sweet. She was always an earshot away and on point in all ways. I made sure to give her a nice cash tip. No room fee, plating fee, and the bill was reasonable for all the food we got - salads, flat bread pizzas (the fig prosciutto was insane!), wings, fries, and Bavarian pretzels. Every guest commented on how good the food / party was. We had our privacy, plus full access to the bar. Other than wishing we had outlets to use and a bigger trashcan, no other complaints at all. This party was stellar and as perfect as could be! :)“

“I've been meaning to try this place for a while. I'm mad I waited so long, but happy I finally did! First things first...the customer service was top notch. Second, I had the BEST veggie hot dog I've ever had (and yes they have regular hot dogs too). I mean freaking delicious. Let me also add, I'm not a relish fan. Well this place made me change my mind. Wonderful staff whom accommodated our walk in party of 10 today for lunch and despite being a smaller restaurant with other diners and what sounded like tons of takeout orders coming in, there wasn't a single hiccup in service. I had the fish tacos which were super filling and delicious. Boyfriend had the steak burrito which he housed while telling me how dumb we were for not having tried this place sooner. Our other family members had fajitas and pork tacos...the kids mostly at the tenders/burgers from the kids menu. Some in our party had never tried Mexican food and fell in love with it. “Recently met a friend for lunch at Bobby Ray’s Black Horse Tavern and it was a great experience. They have a great beer selection—I had an IPA from Bonesaw Brewing called Swoosh! The mini panzarottis were delicious and the atmosphere was what I hope for in a neighborhood bar—comfortable, friendly and fun! I will definitely be back!“

“4/27/24…picked up two delicious pizzas…one plain red and one white sausage broccoli rabe…delicious!Recently did a pick up order and the pizza and sausage bites were so very good!1/20/22 When calling and ordering food over the phone, it's so nice to have someone who is pleasant and professional at the same time. We haven't ordered in awhile and I was too hungry to take a picture, but our pizza and sausage bites were delicious! “I went to Five Guys for the first time today, service was quick and workers were friendly. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger but they put down a "little bacon cheeseburger". The patty was under seasoned and dry. They give plenty of fries so a size "little" was just fine for me. Also ordered an Oreo milkshake, child it was very thick and sweet 8/10. They also give out free peanuts for you to munch on while you wait and tons of napkins! (always a bonus)“

“My son and I stopped in to watch at least the first half of the Eagles game because the snowstorm was coming and didn’t want to stay out too late. He had the chicken tenders and I had the garlic Parmesan buffalo wings. The service was great. the food was outstanding, and there were plenty of TVs to catch the game.
