“I often come here for their omakase for special occasions and wanted to reinforce my high opinion of Ai through reviews. However, I saw a few bad reviews and that broke my heart. Ai truly upholds the highest quality sushi. Some things to note: if you don't care all that much about quality of fish, don't go here, you'll just end up complaining that it's too expensive (its not at all for the quality) Additionally, note that this is a no frills omakase experience, don't expect some fancy up the butt service. If they forget to tell you what fish it is, just ask the waitress (I care more about the food than I do the service if you haven't figured) Though, I will say, all the times I've been there, the service has been great. For some background (and perhaps credibility on my taste) I'm an avid sushi enjoyer and by avid I mean I've tried my fair share of high end omakase experiences (Noz included). “We walked into this place last minute on a Friday night to celebrate my birthday since another sushi place had been unable to accommodate gf. We could not have stumbled upon a better experience! Elan at the sushi bar made us a custom omakase tasting all gluten free and so delicious. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really created a one of a kind meal while making us feel special and taken care of. We ended up with about 15 different courses i believe all fabulous and ended with a special ice cream sushi dessert. “This is a brand new, recently opened restaurant and wow did they deliver for first impressions. Food was absolutely incredible. The sushi was fresh and made quickly. “Like their sushi(especially specialty ones). Usually, do takeout. My last takeout was delayed for 40 min(first time ever) due to absolute "customer jam". Usually, they are half empty when I order, this time, they were packed, and there was a line waiting too.So despite huge delay - still 5 stars.. They provided me a small table after it became available, brought some tea while I waited, and even added some extras while being absolutely apologetic for the whole issue. They must have took our call, immediately started rolling and then brought it to our apartment because wow, that was a super fast delivery. “I dined her the other night around 7 pm with a party of 7. Overall the food was excellent, service was acceptable, and the atmosphere felt comfortable. I was pleased to see the family photos in the entryway, as it gave the establishment a feeling of warmth and welcoming. The dinner menu is typical of what I’ve come to expect at any sushi restaurant, however I was surprised to see that they did not have any special roll combos as part of dinner. seasoned just right. It was a fantastic way to kick off our dining experience. We also decided to
share a Caesar salad as our first course, which was fresh and crisp, featuring generous portions
of romaine lettuce and a delicious dressing that perfectly complemented the dish.
For our main courses, we were all thrilled with our choices. The duck breast was presented
beautifully, with a rich sauce that elevated the dish to new heights. I opted for the salmon, which
sat atop a bed of fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables. The salmon was cooked to
perfection, flaky and flavorful, making every bite a delight. The cocktails were high quality, and I
want to try more on my next visit. The Boozy Bee was such a nice drink—refreshing and
perfectly balanced.
To round off our meal, we indulged in the desserts, which were nothing short of amazing. Each
dessert was beautifully crafted and offered a sweet ending to a perfect night.
As a special touch, Joshua Weissbard, the general manager, stopped by our table to check in
and presented us with a small keepsake to commemorate the evening. This thoughtful gesture
truly exemplified the outstanding service we received throughout our dining experience.

“The sushi here never disappoints! I don't order here often but I've never had a bad or wrong order. The BBQ squid is so good, if you like that sort of thing. The Godzilla roll was my go to but I tried the Valentine roll and it's excellent. So many choices but love my favorites. I highly recommend trying them if you haven't already.“
