Still waiting on a response from customer service for a refund. Instead of receiving boneless wings we were given what appeared to be chicken nuggets covered in the sauce.
This is the third time this has happened at the Hackensack, NJ location where we did not receive Bonchon’s boneless wings.
I would greatly appreciate it if this location could mark boneless wings as out of stock when it’s unavailable rather than substituting it with a less satisfactory alternative.
I have no issue with choosing something else to order off the menu.

This was my first time eating this chicken. It was good. I got the lunch special and couldn't eat it all. The lunch special is a great deal. The chicken has an amazing crunch and flavor. I will most definitely get this deal again l.

Ordered Door Dash it used to be great but lately they been serving greasy undercooked chicken. I tried once called the store claimed it was a busy nite. Gave it a second try the chicken wasn't cooked all the way through not into med rare chicken. I'm done with this spot.

Stay away from this location if you need food past 8:30pm. The sign says open until 9 but they close their kitchen at 8:30. (Mind you we walked in at 8:35) the girl was about to put in the order when the person manning the kitchen said the kitchen is off and he will not make it. He said that BonChon closes at 8:30pm I’d definitely take a look at your closing staff because they’re losing you money especially in that complex.

10/10 every single time. I only get their wings with seasoned zucchini fries and their food is always consistent. Just tried the Korean doughnut and it was so good.
The chicken is crispy and delicious and they have some great lunch specials.

I ordered the Japchae because it looked great on the picture in the front window of the Hackensack location. There was hardly ANY rib eye pieces in my order. And there wasn't any full-sized bite-sized pieces of steak, only scraps. Disappointing!
