I have more than 10 years being a customer to this Carvel location on S Summit Ave, Hackensack. Today 11/02/25 was not a good visit. I alway buy the same strawberry ice cream on a cup and a coconut on a waffle cone. A salesgirl I believe her name is Ivelise, was very disrespectful, I had to return my ice cream because it was too icy and the strawberry tasted funny. I asked for a refund, she did not stop talking back, stating she has been working for 3 years and that is how the...

As always, this Carvel location is always my go to. Their staff is phenomenal, honestly the best out of all carvels I’ve gone to. I only order cakes from this location because their decorator is always on point when it comes to designing. My son loved his cake and so did everyone else. I’ve learned to just give a theme to the decorator because they always do an amazing job and I have come to trust and appreciate their creativity. And while the Icecream is delicious, this post...
