Chipotle Mexican Grill

I went into my local chipotle today. I’ve honestly given this chipotle in Hackensack so many chances to change their issues. But i honestly don’t understand how hard it is to wrap a burrito before it was that they didn’t know how to COOK RICE 🫢😬(I thought they were trained to know how to cook) now they don’t know how to wrap a burrito?? Noooo hon. Mind you the female that wraps the burrito has been working there after they fired those Hispanics females that were disrespectful all the time and with a bleep face. I order a burrito to eat it peacefully not for it to fall apart with every bite that I take.

Today we came to chipotle as usual and very single one was cleaning at 9:50 when it’s supposed to closed at 11:00 and they did not let us use the restroom, they manage to not give us what we wanted because it was all for the night!

I’ve now given this location two chances, both a week apart, and both times my rice was severely undercooked. I felt like I was eating unpopped kernels. Either taste your food before leaving this location or drive an extra 10 minutes to a different one. Trust me!

Tuesday 10:15 pm chairs on table didn't feel welcome no place to sit so I left. closing was 11pm.

I don’t know how hard it is to get an order right. I placed mobile orders through the app several times, and they are never right! There’s always something missing or something wrong with the order. Is it really that challenging to follow instructions or are they not trained properly? Tonight’s order, they forgot the lettuce. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I bought a sofrito burrito and a chicken bowl to go, both with undercooked white rice. I overheard a conversation between the BOH staff to the FOH staff to stop selling the rice meanwhile there are about 6 people in front of me who are on line waiting to pay for their undercooked food. I didn't think much of the conversation since it could've been only the brown rice but once I was back home, there was uncooked rice in every bite. I came back to the establishment to confront the issue and was offered a full refund but upon coming back home, only a partial refund for half of my order was given. Although they handled everything cordially, there seems to be a lack of accountability and standards within the establishment. This will be the last time I'm going to this Chipotle location.

Never have i been so angry. i wanted to enjoy a buritto after a long stressful day. first of all, chipotle should hire people who know how to wrap a burrito. The person who wrapped my burrito did not care that i was going to go home and open this mess. the people who work here do not care about you they are just there for the money. chipotle do better. never going back. go to another chipotle not this one because you will be eating ur burrito with a fork because people there are to lazy to do things the right way. how can you be ok with yourself knowing this is what you did?

We decided to grab a quick dinner at Chipotle. Food was fine. Service average. Everyone is talking Spainish behind the line. Ordered a Soda. NO ICE. MACHINE DOESN'T WORK. THEY GAVE ME A HARD TIME ON A REFUND. WARM SODA DOESN'T WORK. DINING ROOM SHOULD BE CLEANER.
CHIPOTLE MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ON TOP OF THEIR UNITS.

Probably the worst chipotle in Bergen county. Their “double” is not double. Go too the one on RT4 so much better!!

GI'd like to start by saying that Chipotle Chipotle has increased its prices four times in the past two years as of late 2024 attributing these price increases to inflation and the state of the economy. I'd say more like price gauging. Chipotle's menu consists of five items: burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and salads.

Chipotle offers burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, salads and tofu-based "sofritas"or vegetarian....my lady's favorite! ? This particular location is usually clean, friendly, and a decent atmosphere. The only issue I have with this place is they often try to holdout on the protein. Make sure you ask for a little more protein! Say "Can you please add a bit more of (your choice of protein!" It'll work.)

I've been a regular at this Chipotle for years, but recently, the place has taken a serious downturn.

The ice machine is almost always broken, and the trash in the dining area is constantly overflowing. There's often trash on the floor and tables, and it seems like the staff rarely bother to clean up.

On my last visit, they were even missing basic utensils. It's really disappointing to see a place that used to be so clean and offered good service fall apart like this. I hope they turn things around soon.

This Chipotle used to be my go-to spot, but lately, it's become a mess. The ice machine hardly ever works, and the dining area is a disaster with overflowing trash bins and garbage all over the floor and tables. It seems like cleaning the tables is no longer a priority for the staff.

To top it off, they were even out of utensils on my last visit. It's disappointing to see the decline in cleanliness and service. I hope they address these issues soon.

horrible chipotle. sup par. dirty. disastrous

none of the girls that make your order speak a lick of english. i’m hispanic, i get that they need job opportunities too but maybe make a effort to at least give off a friendly gesture or smile if you can’t interact with your words. this is what business and being in customer service/food service is about. they look at you like your bothering them for wanting them to do THEIR job. don’t come here if you don’t want to work.

inside was dirty. the rice was undercooked and literal grains. the steak was like rubber. i could count the pieces of steak on my bowl that’s how small of a portion it was. i asked for chips, it’s 8:45 on a thursday, says they’re out, but im staring at maybe 15 bags of chips underneath the counter hidden. probably for employees meals. nice job guys. i decided not to say anything and just get a tortilla instead. honestly, i shouldn’t haven’t even been charged for that. the girl made me tortilla and basically balled it up inside of the foil??

tabasco sauces empty. forks empty. only spoons. garbage pales blocking off the side of the restaurant to sit. i understand you all want to go home but it’s 8:45, an hour and 15 before you close and you have about 5 FULL garbages in the middle of the restaurant. really? employee comes over to where im standing to get my spoon, with her own meal, speaking loudly laughing across the restaurant to other employees, completely in my personal space turns around and smacks me with her braids. can’t make this stuff up.

this is not the first issue i’ve had at chipotle. they seem to have a high turn around time with employees since there’s a new crew in there every couple of months. i keep thinking they’ll get better but never do. someone’s really slacking in management or higher ups i guess.
