Chipotle Mexican Grill

I just bought a chipotle bowl and got absolutely no meat in my bowl. I paid for a full well placed order and did not get what I asked for at all

Was a long-time fan of this location, but over the past few months the food has gotten saltier and saltier, along with portions getting really small. Some bites taste like pure salt now. It wasn't always like this, and the rest of the ingredients are really tasty, so I just wish they could go back to their old way of preparing the food.

This location gives the least amount of toppings I’ve ever seen. Do not come here if you expect to get fed. The amount of chicken in a 10.35 bowl was less than the amount in a kids meal. Terrible!

Horrible portions and the workers don't speak a word of English, our national language. This is the second Chipotle I've encountered the exact same thing. Rice wasn't cooked and the store was dirty. I'm done with this place.

Food was ok but very rude staff. Ordered online but then wanted to eat inside. I told the young lady making my food. She didn't say ok. I repeated I'm staying. With an attitude she replied I heard you. I asked her to acknowledge me next time. She then handed me my tray without saying anything. A here you go or enjoy would have been nice. Complaint made to corporate.

Its Chipolte it's hit or miss

This is the second time I've been to this location. First time I went here they made me small portions. I didn't think anything of it ,I thought , It was just that person but I went again today and they were even giving me smaller portions which is ridiculous. I've been to other the Chipotles and they stack my bowl, this place has a weird energy, no one's talking to each other,Nobody smiling, everything just felt off. I gave it a one star because they were skimping my food beer it in the rice. Barely any beans barley any steak I had to ask for more and the remaining toppings they were skimping I walked out without paying and left the food . I would never come to this location ever again.

The robotic lady who can't speak any english half scooped every item we asked for. So we let her complete our order and walked out. I recommend you do the same. Stop letting this company play w your portions. Now one of them gota eat my burrito for their lunch break

I went into my local chipotle today. I’ve honestly given this chipotle in Hackensack so many chances to change their issues. But i honestly don’t understand how hard it is to wrap a burrito before it was that they didn’t know how to COOK RICE 🫢😬(I thought they were trained to know how to cook) now they don’t know how to wrap a burrito?? Noooo hon. Mind you the female that wraps the burrito has been working there after they fired those Hispanics females that were disrespectful all the time and with a bleep face. I order a burrito to eat it peacefully not for it to fall apart with every bite that I take.

Today we came to chipotle as usual and very single one was cleaning at 9:50 when it’s supposed to closed at 11:00 and they did not let us use the restroom, they manage to not give us what we wanted because it was all for the night!

I’ve now given this location two chances, both a week apart, and both times my rice was severely undercooked. I felt like I was eating unpopped kernels. Either taste your food before leaving this location or drive an extra 10 minutes to a different one. Trust me!

Tuesday 10:15 pm chairs on table didn't feel welcome no place to sit so I left. closing was 11pm.

I don’t know how hard it is to get an order right. I placed mobile orders through the app several times, and they are never right! There’s always something missing or something wrong with the order. Is it really that challenging to follow instructions or are they not trained properly? Tonight’s order, they forgot the lettuce. 🤷🏻‍♀️
