clearly disappointed. I am not a fun of day food but sometimes do not mind tasting it at different franchises here and there. as expected my hamburger was so so but I again understand it's a fast food place. what surprised me really negatively was it was not even hot, just at lukewarm temperature, despite been wrapped up in an aluminum wrap and container. ordered while waiting in parking lot 5 minutes only, so time should not have been a factor. can't figure out how come the hot hamburger could be soo not hot...

What a terrible experience! The food was nowhere near what we expected and certainly not up to their usual quality. Employees were observed screaming and joking loudly, completely disregarding the guests. This led to a truly unpleasant and unacceptable visit.
Picked up some food for a friend and I last week. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, especially Lee. He saw me struggling packing up napkins, peanuts, condiments etc and came to my rescue, helping me bag up everything I needed. He was very nice and actually turned my day around. Thanks for making a hectic day more pleasant, Lee! Oh and the food was great too.

Got the cheeseburger with grilled onions, jalapeños, and pickles. It tasted homemade - just didn’t have much flavor. It’s something I could’ve made at home but even better.
This is probably my third time trying Five Guys, and I still don’t get the hype. It doesn’t come close to In-N-Out or Habit Burger. And with a Habit just two minutes from this location, I’d say skip this and head there instead.
