I love this place so much. It’s a little hidden gem :) I remember coming here the first time and completely falling in love with it!! i always recommend it to everyone I come across. It’s a quiet, peaceful little place and the people are always so polite. I can’t recommend it enough.

I came in for the first time ever and it was such a lovely experience! Our server Uzi was so nice and helpful! Not only was he so nice and patient with me but he helped me by explaining most of the things on the menu! Not to mention the amazing drink he made for me. Will definitely be coming back and hope to run into him again ☺️ don’t want my drink made by anyone else!!!

The staff did not seem happy to be there. When we walked in the guy working at the counter looks at the girl and says you help them with a rude demeanor. The drinks were poorly prepared. We usually go to the gongcha in bergenfield but this one was closer to us. My drink was not sealed properly and spilled on my clothes and the slush barely was a slush. It didn’t have much ice it was very watery. On our way out we said thank you and goodnight and we weren’t even acknowledged. The guy continued being on his phone and ignored us.

Not usually one to leave negative reviews on businesses… however, the service received today was less than satisfactory. This is the second time I’ve visited this particular location to be served by the same guy who can’t be bothered with a simple “hello” or “you’re welcome”. He appears to be a talented artist, but lacks any sense of customer service. We said thank you multiple times, as we are aware of the effort required, but only got “mhm” as a response. I hope that this is addressed. The tea was great as always, but this interaction left more to be desired.
