McDonald's in Hackensack

“I just wanted to apologize to the guy that works on Sunday morning at the first window. This was a few weeks ago in October of 2025. I was screaming and crying because I wanted the shake to be great like it always was by first in line. The guy went out of his way to help by even suggesting to make it in front of his so it comes out not soupy but I was so focused on being upset that I didn't hear what he was saying until after my dad told me. I appreciate his help and I feel really guilty on how I treated him. I suffer from severe anxiety, ocd, and autism spectrum so sometimes I get out of control but that was no excuse on how I treated him. I hope you all can forgive me here and I hope this guy reads this or someone at least tells him about this message but if not I understand. Thank you“

“I stopped in for a quick lunch while my car was being fixed and I only had a half hour to eat. I ordered a Value Meal with a McDouble, small French Fries, Chicken Nuggets and a small Coke. Everything was so fresh and nicely cooked. I was really impressed by the meal everything was sizzling hot including the fries that tasted right out of the fryer.\n\nThe service was impressive as well. The woman who took my order, came to the table with my food and a small plastic container of condiments and I thought this was very clever. You could pick what you needed and no waste.\n\nI was very impressed by both the food and service.“
