McDonald's in Bronx

“This is my favorite McDonald's in the Bronx. I have only experienced 2 employees that didnt seem to thrilled to be at work. Their energy & greeting wasn't up to Par like my other visits but no attitude tho.
I love that they still have a play area for kids cause Many McDonald's don't & i grew up experiencing McDonald's that way & is happy that my kids can do the same. Food is always correct, service in a timely manner & restaurant is clean. Keep it Up 👏👏“

“The worker named Swali is the best McDonald worker ever,she made sure the food was hot and fresh and made sure it came out fast,barely waiting.She was very energetic and happy even putting a smile on my face definitely will be heading back to this McDonald’s“

“They have self serve kiosk, however we prefer to wait on line. From Management to Front End and Back End Staff they are amazing and patient. Lots of delivery drivers and customers all of the time and 98% of the time the staff handles it with class. Small McDonald’s however big impact on and in the community. ???❤️❤️❤️“

“This McDonald’s has changed a lot over the years, both on the outside and inside, but it has always been a neighborhood spot for me. This was actually one of my first jobs as a teenager, so this location brings back a lot of memories.

The last time I went, the place was well maintained, clean, and the customer service was nice and friendly. It’s good to see a place from my past still being kept up and serving the neighborhood.“

“Great McDonald’s. I didn’t give a 5 stars review because everything was on a screen to order. It’s a shame because I still miss the interaction with the friendly cashiers. This restaurant is very busy inside and outside. There is always a long line at the drive through windows. This restaurant didn’t even have my favorite apple pie“

“Quick drive-through service and somewhat quick inside service. They could be faster. if you use the machine to place your order service, it can be faster. Avoid at all cost to go there Mon-Fri after 3pm because public school PS 304 hangs out there and they're are very disrespectful to the staff and are always causing havoc outside to the point that now police officers park outside to control the chaos. UPDATE:5/28/26 Lately, they keep adding cheese to my burgers eventhough I state 5 times I'm allergic. Also they always forget to add the chili sauce. Seems like new hire and they're not as attentive as prior workers. So sometimes I get home ans have to return back to them. I now check before I leave and yesterday once again they forget it all.“

“I love this location. This is the only McDonalds I’ve been to where the place is clean, staff are friendly and service is fast. Might be the best McDonalds actually, I’ve been here like 3 times and they got my order ready in <5 minutes each time.“

“I’ve had great experiences at this McDonald’s in The Bronx and really appreciate the service provided by the staff. They are friendly, efficient, and make sure orders are handled quickly and correctly. The restaurant is clean and well organized, which makes each visit pleasant. “One of the open 24 hours locations and cleaner ones. Morning crew friendly, keep areas clean and organized. Faster services in am. Evenings can get a little busier but service a little slower. Sometimes homeless stop by but not bad.Secure too“

“My son diagnosed with autism loves McDonald's. So when we were near Sotomayor Houses, we would walk there. If the weather is not nice then I would place an order for delivery. We had not been there, nor have I ordered in awhile.
It is better to go to the place because the staff is pleasant for the most part. The lightskinned female cashier is awesome when we would go for breakfast. She helped and taught me some stuff about the Mc app. Sadly, their delivery sucks. My son would be missing something all the time from his big breakfast with hot cakes. It would be the sausage, hash browns or eggs missing. One time they gave me a hot tea instead of the sweet tea I ordered. Initially I didn't complain but it was happening to much. I didn't get my refunds sometimes. When you have a child with autism, it's hard when they are missing something out of the meal. They have a meltdown and throw tantrums. I stopped patronizing that spot, for a long time and started to make my son a home cooked big breakfast. I hope the fixed the delivery issues.“

“What a small Mickey Ds. It was crowded and I had to leave my things on my seat with a crowd that could have easily taken my things. I didn't hear her she call my order and I saw she gave up and put it aside. I told her is that mine table 104 and she just put it on the counter and left. Staff here are rude. But my order was freshly made and tasty.“

“Everything was satisfactory, I purchased a chicken sandwich value meal and a McDouble value meal. Although the Diet Coke and Dr. Pepper were not marked, it was not a concern. I have never encountered any issues with the team members or food orders. The establishment was clean, efficient, and offered complimentary parking. Customers have the option to order at a kiosk or with a cashier. The location is consistently busy during the day, but tonight it was relatively quiet, with only my daughter and I present. She mentioned that the French fries were cold, but not unpleasant. As a treat, I purchased a vanilla cone for her and coffee for myself. Despite appearing to be short-staffed, the management successfully ensured that all orders were fulfilled in a timely manner. I intend to return to this establishment...“

“The workers were kind and very helpful. The greeter was going to help me on the kiosk but I told her that I got it but when I was trying to order my coffee with milk. There was no milk listed as an option on the kiosk. The greeter reassured me that she will tell the workers in the back about adding milk to my coffee. While I was waiting for my food to be prepared, I asked the greeter if there was a bathroom and she told me yes and proceeded to let me into the bathroom. The bathroom was spotless and clean. When I came out I sat down waiting for my food to arrive. One of workers in the back brought my food to me but forgot to bring the milk. I reminded her that the kiosk did not have milk as an option. The worker kindly went to the back and got me hot milk and told me to let her know if I need anything else. There is a lot of people here and it’s 8:56 am on a Wednesday morning. I never got this type of treat in a fast food restaurant let alone McDonalds. Good job!“

“I didn't get food, hence the neutral rating. Popped in for a Caramel Frappé and was impressed with their upgrade. It looked really nice and bright. It's clean, friendly staff and ordering options range from the center store kiosk, mobile ordering, or directly at the counter.“

“It's an ok McDonald's. But the Santa picture and toy day was wack. They gave the kids cheapest paper Connect 4 toy (it fell apart). If McDonald's sponsored that event they should of gave out happy meal toys. The amount of money people spend buying McDonald's come on!.“

“95% of the time, my order is incorrect at this McD's. For example: if I order a double hamburger, why is there cheese on it! The cook doesn't pay attention to the orders. Not everyone eats cheese. There have been times I've gone home and had to return my order because something is missing or my order is wrong.

I have also ordered on the McD's mobile app from 4 blocks away, and by the time I get there, my order is still not done. Why go on the app to order in advance, and I still have to wait.

Not enjoying a meal. But now McDonald's has gotten their food game back on track . Change has come. And it's cheaper prices. Better choice of healthy food. And order kiosk. “The food here was good. Though thy need to clean the bathrooms and fix the soap dispenser. I used their bathroom and couldn’t wash my hands! I went to the ladies bathroom and their dispenser was broken as well! McDonald’s need to fix this as soon as possible!“

“Mcdonald's fast food service is a masterpiece in business. My 2025 favorite meal is the new Steak, Egg and Cheese Bagel with its special sauce. Now I recently learned about the substitute button on the register and swapped out my bagel for a McGriddle. Use 1500 rewards points for a extra hash brown patty. Mcdonald's can see me everyday for my McGriddle Steak Egg and Cheese breakfast bomb meal. Fast food pleasure all the time.“

“I my self do not eat McDonald's but my kids do (let kids be kids) i ordered online and and feom the moment i wakled in the staff was so helpful i couldn't find my online order one of the polite young ladies found it and in informed me it would be a few mins as i was waiting i placed another order and aaked for extra sauce i had my money ready to pay but she said it fine which was lowkey shocking (everywhere else charges) than she proceeds ro check to make sure everything was there something else that never happens i always end up leaving missing something but nope not this time . “Maybe it was bad timing. There are two intercom with one employee taking the orders, one at the time. So I waited for the employee to finish taking the order at one intercom before taking my order at the other intercom.
Then I got to the pickup window and I was handed someone else's order.“

“McDonald’s is an iconic restaurant and I haven’t had chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger in several years. The food is always very tasty and it is good to eat from my childhood franchise. My friends and I reminisce the times we ate at McDonalds as children. Since it was the evening, customer service and delivery of food was quick and easy. I love McDonalds.

Parking: In the evening, parking is gracious, lots of space and no hassle in the evenings. Great to discuss plans with your comrades or associates in an unassuming franchise.“

“This is hands-down the best McDonald's in the area! It’s the only location that actually toasts the McMuffin properly, which makes a huge difference in the taste. The service is incredibly fast—I never have to wait, whether I’m in the drive-thru or doing a mobile pick-up.
The staff is professional and helpful; even if an item is missing, they fix it immediately without any hassle. I also really appreciate that they’ve had security on-site for the last month. It keeps the atmosphere calm and prevents kids from loitering during school hours. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and my breakfast here always starts my day off right. Thank you“

“Irma was extremely understanding and showed patience while I was confused on the pricing, she also accommodated my child when he wanted a different color Slushie. Outstanding employee/service in my opinion, also they were short staffed. Despite all the orders she was juggling she still managed to dish out the orders and help me and my son. “This is one of the better McDonald's in the area. Food is always fresh, menu always has most of the selections, and THE ICE-CREAM MACHINE WORKS!! The service is also good, and the workers try to be helpful.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of booths and seating for families.“

However, drive through design, entrance and exit are like an obstacle course and not the most user friendly due to the high local traffic in the neighborhood. Still 5 stars and thanks to the team!“

“Terrible service. Very poor hygiene, no one uses gloves. The pickles are sticky, the hamburgers are poorly made, not to mention the better service from the workers. I don't recommend eating there.

“I placed a mobile order for Burnside and accidentally selected the wrong address. When I got to Burnside, they sent me to Mt. Eden which was also incorrect. I was frustrated at first because I didn't know how to cancel or get a refund and the app would not even allow me to place a new order. At the drive thru at McDonald's we were serviced my Dilan, who not only provided great customer service but also assisted me with the issues with the app. He was friendly and our order came out quickly. Cannot sing his praises enough! This man needs a raise!“

“The food and the service are great. This is quite the modern establishment with some art on the walls. However, over the years, this location has somewhat deteriorated when it comes to cleanliness. Only some of the ordering machines actually work, and the employees can't fix them due to the large crowds that come on the weekdays. Specifically on school days at 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. This franchise is quite peaceful on the weekends, though. The quality food at this franchise is superior to other McDonald's locations that I have been to. For these reasons, this McDonald's gets a four-star rating.“

“The people that work there are quite nice and if they already know u, ur food will be on point. Just check ur food before leaving Mcds to make sure it's what u requested and that is edible. Cause sometimes the buisquit/muffin be hard as brick or burnt.“

“This location was crowded with after-school kids, but very cleaned, nice music but not too loud. I order big mac and fries for my husband, and I had chicken nuggets. We had the table service, the young girl was nice. The nuggets were fresh and piping hot. The only issue was the fries they were cold, and I mean cold. We should have taken them back for fresher fries. I would come back to this location if I'm in the area.“
