McDonald's in Flushing

“I had a great experience ordering at this McDonald's. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and prepared quickly, and the customer service during the night shift was outstanding. One employee in particular really stood out—He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and that I had everything I needed. It's clear the night shift takes pride in their work and genuinely care about the customers. Employees during the night shift like this make a big difference and are a great asset to the restaurant. It's rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their job and treats every customer with kindness and professionalism. His dedication doesn't go unnoticed, and they truly make the restaurant a better place. Employees like this deserve to be recognized because they represent excellent customer service and a strong work ethic.

“The food was fresh. No stale nuggets. I like how the employees checked on me to see what I was waiting for. They also actually gave me the condiments and utensils I asked for, which is rare for other locations. Whoever the manager was on Sunday June 13 around 11 PM deserves praise.

Edit: I'm taking a star off. They allow people to loiter. What is the point of a security guard if he just lets people loiter and stay there for hours, hogging the tables so others can't eat? Then the 2nd floor dining room is only open at certain times. At night time it's just blocked off around 8 PM, what about people coming from work who want to sit down to eat? It's closed in the morning too until 11 AM.

So you can only eat up there from 11 AM to 8 PM. The reason they do this is because some people loiter or sit without buying anything. Like I said, you have SECURITY who is there to tell these people to leave and if they don't you call the police for trespassing. It's not that hard. It's annoying never having a place to sit or having to sit with foul smelling homeless people loitering and harassing customers for money.“
