I felt extremely compelled to leave this feedback because it is rare to see young people show grace, have patience and be cordial and doing their best especially in this generation where there is often entitlement so this message is to give kudos and to acknowledge the amazing customer service by Kentrell Felts (The 1 star service rating is NOT reflective of Kentrell but the experience at this location including wait and poor packaging of my order). The slowest drive through I’ve ever been to. I was unfortunate enough to be stuck in a drive through that took 10 minutes to clear 2 cars. They hold you at the speak and don’t you order until the car ahead had paid and left the line. I regret coming here and I’m still waiting to place my order as I type this. Do better!
This McDonald's is usually good and consistent. Wait times for food are fast to expected wait. Staff are friendly and efficient.
