Walked out. Very unorganized
Decided to try this place despite the mediocre rating… Now I understand why. Most of the comments are true.
I ordered an Oolong milk tea, however, it tasted exactly like regular black tea. Why charge and name it Oolong if it’s not? I was asked the girl behind the counter, and apparently it’s oolong. It’s also artificial/powdered milk.
We had taro and boba for our orders as well. The taro was clearly artificial and too sweet. The boba was stale and hard.
Unfortunately there won’t be a second round, even if they miraculously discount half the unusually high price. I would feel a slight hint of empathy, but service was atrocious.
Over 100 degrees outside, the AC is not working and the poor lady is preparing the orders alone (great work by the way), no fans, drenched in sweat. This is not right. The poor lady is working diligently without complaints. How come the owners are assigning someone to help her or get the AC fixed ? Shame.
Very fruity and fresh.
I don’t know what it is about this franchise, but it’s always slow service, especially the one here. Drinks are ok but not worth the wait.
If you are planning on getting something here, order ahead - have a meal or go grocery shopping, and then maybe the order will be ready.
I had previously really enjoyed this place and came regularly. But now there is a new rule that the employees are forbidden from making the smoothies without adding extra sugar simple syrup. When I ask them to do so they are told the owner will not allow them to make it without this extra sugar. They would “get in trouble.”
That sounds crazy to me. If I ordered a burrito from Chipotle but didn’t want cheese, but the staff was told the owner insisted I have cheese on my food because they think it tastes better, even if I don’t like cheese, that would be silly. This seems equally silly…
I emailed the company and never heard back. My family and I will sadly be going elsewhere.
I come here all the time and usually love what i get. i always ask for the mango smoothie with extra Mango chunks but the 4 times i have been coming they give almost NO mangos. The drinks here are crazy expensive which i dont mind as long i get what i pay for. honestly thinking of not coming here anymore.
It’s really saddening to see the work conditions these workers are put through. I come in and I see only one worker on a nice weekend day with 10+ orders and no help. It’s completely inhumane the way the owners don’t put more people to help. I’ve been multiple times and it’s always busy and there’s always only one worker. The workers are super kind and efficient, trying their best but this is crazy!
went to go check the doors to go inside, @8:45 (they close at 9) and the worker closed the door on our face. i get closing early but 15 minutes early?
The manager at the time was very obnoxious. She tried to force me to use the kiosk as I politely declined three times. She would not take my order unless I used the kiosk and told me it’s her job as a manager. No your job as a “manager” is to service the customer! I’m a paying customer trying to buy a simple drink it’s not that complicated! I’m sorry she had to stop cutting mango pieces to service me but her energy was off from the very beginning of our interaction. Don’t go to this location… service is horrible and they just lost a customer.

My first time trying the Real Fruit Bubble Tea. This location is new and looks amazing. Lots of sitting space. There are three self ordering kiosk. Menu has variety of items like milk tea, green tea, smoothies, slush, juice and ice crush. All of them are customizable including choice of toppings, ice and sugar levels.
When I came to the store there was only one girl working very hard behind the counter. She was cooking the bubbles and preparing everyone’s drinks at the same time. She was notifying everyone that bubbles would take about 30 minutes to be available.
We got the strawberry banana smoothie and honey lemon green tea. Both drinks were good. I got lychee jelly with the green tea which was fresh and crunchy. Smoothie was light, had mixed flavor of the fruits.
Parking: Lots of parking in front of the store.

This is a nice place to grab your favorite fruit smoothie or bubble tea. The drinks are good, but for a couple of reasons, it's not somewhere I go out of my way for. I go here only after shopping at 99 Ranch or eating at So Gong Dong, and then, only sometimes.
My go-to slushes (which don't have diary) are Mango-PIneapple or Papaya. My wife likes the avocado smoothie (which has milk).
As mentioned, I like the drinks a lot. However, Real Fruit is a treat for only once-in-a-while because I personally find the prices a bit steep. A small avocado shake can run you $7.50. It would be $9 if you add protein powder and lychee jelly like we did (see my pics for a receipt and comparative cup sizes). These prices might be on par these days for such a drink (especially since they use real fruit and not a powder), but it's usually prohibitive for me. I take off a star for this.
I find the service to be solidly neutral. I've never felt disrespected by the staff, but I don't find them too friendly either. It's as if being served by robots. For this reason, you could use the kiosks to order.
The space is clean, bright and has several tables with chairs against a long bench. It's a nice place to relax for a while, chat and sip your drink, even for 45 minutes as I have done on occasion. There's two bathrooms which are decently clean.
If the prices and neutral service don't phase you, do drop in for a treat.

My experience at this bubble tea shop was disappointing, particularly as someone with dairy sensitivity. I always need to be careful about ingredients, so I asked which options were dairy-free.
The employee explained that only sections marked "contains dairy" had milk products. I ordered a jasmine milk tea from a section not labeled as such, assuming it used milk substitutes. However, I noticed a discrepancy on the sign above the cashier, mentioning some drinks in that section might contain milk—information absent from the kiosk. When I double-checked, the employee insisted the drink was dairy-free.
Five minutes later, she called me back to say it actually contained milk, contrary to her previous statements. While I understand mistakes happen in food service, receiving incorrect information twice about a health concern was frustrating. The employee's dismissive attitude, evident by her wearing airpods and seeming bothered by my questions, added to my disappointment. I've never had issues with my dietary restrictions at other bubble tea stores—this experience fell really short of those expectations.
