Online it says they’re open till eight. I show up at seven. The lady was very rude saying order now and order quick because we’re closed. I like this place but they need to work on their customer service
Nice and spacious bubble tea store at Hackensack. They have fresh mangos and bananas for the smoothie and drinks.
Great service. You can neither put orders through kiosks or at the counter. Overall drinks come out fast.

I don’t know what it is about this franchise, but it’s always slow service, especially the one here. Drinks are ok but not worth the wait.
