I ordered Jack Daniels ribs Togo , Upon receiving my food, my wife text-requested a chocolate milkshake, the server/register staff was denying my request, but the manager was standing behind him, and she said if you ask me, yes we do have and can make chocolate milkshakes, would you like..For me that Manager made all the reason why I give them 10 STARS..!

This is the second TGIF restaurant I have been to in the last six weeks and I don't know if it the overall company, but the two locations that I went to had mediocre service at best. Not going to get into all the details... I will say that once we were seated (party of 2), we waited 15 to 20 minutes for drinks. It wasn't extremely crowded. Maybe we were forgotten. TGIFs' restaurants have gone downhill.

Walked in and the place was a ghost town. We sat down and the menu has gotten smaller with selection, but noticed that they now serve what they call Krispy Rice(Sushi). Ok! We ordered our drinks and food and they brought it within a reasonable time but then they disappeared and never came back to see if we needed anything. My food was incorrect. The ketchup bottle on table was sticky, dirty by lid and spout. I tried to wave down the man who sat us and he saw me and just walked away up by the bar area. I had to go grab a ketchup off another table just so i can start to eat my food. My friend then needed more napkins considering his burger was kinda greasy and nowhere to be found, yet the other waiter was constantly checking on his table.We finally got a hold of our waitress after like 40 minutes and at that point we were done with the food and now were ready to go.I don't recommend anyone to dine here. If they can't take care of a empty restaurant then how are they going to take care of more than 4 tables.

I have been to this location twice in a span of a week they gave me a $50 voucher for free meal since the first was a disasterWell the second time was just like the first time my granddaughter and myself had a wonderful server named Adrian she is wasting her time working at this establishment she was the only bright spot in my visitShe gives excellentShe gives excellent serviceShe gives excellent service withShe gives excellent service with a smileGive her a raise

While in Hackensack New Jersey, We had dinner at TGIF Friday. My daughter had the fish and chip dinner. I had the sizzling chicken and shrimp dinner. Which was good also. Their drinks were on the money. Made just right the cotton candy cosmo and the Barbados rum punch.

I went here on 8/8 and while eating i noticed a fruit fly in my water. How disgusting. I called the manager over and she only offered me another water? How rude. Additionally, I had an order to go which I trashed because my psyche wouldn’t allow me to give the food to someone else after this encounter. I spent 100 dollars and all I was offered was “another” water. Yes, no thanks, usually I like this establishment better than Wayne, but now I will just go to the one at Palisades Mall. I called corporate and waiting on a response.
Great late night dine in restaurant. Wasn't too busy at the time I went. Good customer service and good food. Their drinks were awesome, and also their wings option. Their garlic parmesan flavor was the best for me. Will definitely go back for those.
Parking: Parking garage is located behind the building. Easy to miss the turn off, because there's no signs. Lots of parking.

I called this morning to let the manager know if the missing potato skins from my Sampler Platter. The manager was unable to provide any solution to this and refused to honor the item or provide the missing potato skins. I’m a customer that constantly orders food from here and now I will never be coming back to this location. Very unpleasant experience.
