The customer service and the atmosphere were excellent. Maria our waitress was very accommodating. However the food itself was very bad possibly the worst food I’ve had dining out (hence the 3 stars would’ve been 1). My wife and I ordered the Jambalaya pasta and the fish and chips. The jambalaya pasta was very mushy which we had to have it redone and one of the managers I think came out to explain why it was so mushy. But if they have to come out and explain....
I love Cheesecake Factory. Everything is so good. I don't suggest coming when it's busy, only if you don't mind waiting. I had the Cinnabon Cheesecake and it was fantastic
First time coming to this location. Went on a Wednesday afternoon after Labor Day. I typically have a Ahi Tuna salad- all out today. Opted for the Asian Chicken Salad. Which is typically okay. Been a while, not sure if the dressing recipe had changed. Our Grandaughter had the Baja Shrimp bowl, not realizing the Shrimp were spicy. She enjoyed the rest.
