I love Sweetgreen. It’s my favorite place to eat clean food casually. Unfortunately I have consistent bad experiences at this location to the point I think it’s necessary to leave a review. The service is often terrible. There’s been numerous times where they’re out of steak or other foods I feel like are essential parts of a Sweetgreen bowl. my order was 30 minutes late. Then once I got it and went home it was missing most of the extras i had paid for. They had also only put two single pieces of Brussel sprouts that i paid for..

Sweetgreen at the Hackensack mall absolutely delivered today. We stopped in for lunch and everything: from the freshness to the vibe was just spot‑on. The ingredients tasted crisp and clean, the bowls were perfectly balanced, and you could tell the team actually cares about what they’re serving.
