We tried tandoori and achari wings, garlic sticks, chicken curry/tandoori and chocolate chip cookies. Everything was out of the world. “It was Pi-Day (3.14) so I had to go see what Down North Pizza had for me. A lamb sausage w/ lemon ricotta, za’tar, and a garlic honey drizzle. I don’t even eat meat on a regular, but this just sounded too good to pass up.

My only complaint would be that if you are ordering for delivery don’t get any of the fried food like the mac and cheese balls, they don’t manage to stay crispy at all by the time they get to their destination. “Such great food! Crispy, juicy, flavorful… Everything you would want in chicken. And the honey glaze is just the cherry on top. We ordered the rocky’s hot sauce and fried chicken combo meal with original hot sauce and the garlic. We also ordered the Nashville tater tots, every sauce on the menu, and banana pudding. The chicken is just genuinely so good. It melted in your mouth and fell right off the bone. All the sauces were very good and had a home made feel and taste. The tater tots were really good, they had spicy but flavorful seasoning. The banana pudding was so good it was the perfect texture and taste. The service was so amazing, the women who took our order was so sweet and kind. The food was presented neatly and the order was put together with care. Our only complaint about our experience was that there is no indoor seating. The location also only has street parking so you almost have to plan ahead before going. Overall we would go again and again for that great chicken!“

“This is one of my favorite quick or fast food places to eat despite the occasionally solicitation of the poor and homeless in the area.
The operators are always patient and tolerant.
My favorite is the fish being pescatarian now and the fries are great too.
The bathroom although tidy, well supplied and not stinking, is dingy in there which I sometime correlate to the food but so far, so good.
This will remain my favorite spot to go and get fried fish and the cost is not that bad either.“

“My wife and I love this place. We are usually never disappointed, HOWEVER, tonight we were. We order from here at least once a week if not more sometimes and the quality is impeccable, but tonight I had to remake my cheesesteak bowl when I got it. Normally it is gooey and yummy, but tonight the cheese was just thrown on top, it was super dry and just not what they would normally make. I also got the side sausage and forgot to have them take the sauce off (my fault not theirs) but I couldn't eat the sausages from the smell of the sauce. I don't know what it was, but wasn't good I hate to say. I will def give 5 stars because it's maybe the 2nd time we have ever been disappointed in ALL the times we've gotten delivery and will always come back, so yes 5 stars. Strangely enough, I even said to the girl that delivered that it was super quick and she just laughed and left. I should have known something was off then. “The food here is really good. I had fried chicken wings. They were literally the best wings I've had in a long time. They came out so hot. My group enjoyed their food. We had a lot of stuff and everyone said everything was really good. The only thing someone in my group was disappointed with was the buffalo dip.. they wanted more. Definitely will be going back.
