Corsons Steaks have brought authentic Philly cheese steaks, chicken cheese steaks, and melt in your mouth pork sandwiches to town.You may need a doggie bag as the portions are full. “I cannot rave about Summit Catering enough. From start to finish, they far exceeded my expectations. From the beginning, Tori was extremely communicative, often responding to my emails in record time. Our tastings were fantastic and they were able to accommodate my mother in laws complicated food allergies. It was so nice to have cake, DJ and photo booth provided through them because it saved a lot of hassle for myself. They allowed us to bring our décor a few days early and they brought it to the venue for us and set it all up. They also packed it all up at the end of the night and brought it back to Berlin with them! We were prepared to bring it home right after the reception but to be able to pick it all up a few days later was such a weight off of our shoulders. I didn’t have to lift a finger and I am so thankful for all of their work. And the food! Everyone has been raving to me about the food. Everything was great. They brought appetizers out to the bridal party while taking photos and made a plate for my husband and I to enjoy alone. Their entire staff made sure that I always had food or drink and checked in often to see if I needed anything. Everyone I encountered that night were so pleasant and happy and helpful. And I think the late night breakfast sandwiches were possibly the best wedding decision I made! About half way through I switched to the house dressing as the honey mustard was sweeter than I could handle. As it was Super Bowl Sunday, they were out of all soups except chicken veg, which was good also.“

“My daughter hosted her wedding reception there on July 26th 2025. It is a spacious venue, well-lit with more than the basic accoutrements. Ample parking which is a huge plus! Facilities , mirrors, etc spotless. There was no shortage of staff who were: courteous, responsive, and professional. The starmaid, Dominique handled all guests with ease. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food was and the choice of food options. I asked a staffer if the food was prepared with Love and she said always 😂. She later came back to ask if she was right and I told her ‘it was delicious, you were telling the truth’. An all-around great experience. “I rarely write reviews, but I would be remiss if I didn’t after the experience I had. When I think of customer service, a food truck usually doesn’t come to mind. Most of my experiences have been quick and impersonal — in and out, on to the next.

That’s why I was pleasantly surprised when both women on the truck greeted me so warmly. They were incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I initially planned to grab a simple breakfast sandwich, but the menu was far more creative than what you'd expect from a typical breakfast truck.
