“Had a wedding last weekend using Brulee Catering. We had a sit down dinner for 194 guests, I didn't have high expectations for the food, but I was very wrong. Filet and salmon were selected as entrees and they were delicious. The filet and salmon entrees weren't overdone and they weren't cold. Great job done by Brulee. The appetizers were outstanding also. The guests were very happy eating sliders and then they also got a great meal. I received many compliments on the food that night. Well Done!!!“

About half way through I switched to the house dressing as the honey mustard was sweeter than I could handle. Our 140 guests enjoyed hot and cold drinks that included espresso, lattes, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino, and an affogato ice cream bar. The drinks were delicious. “I rarely write reviews, but I would be remiss if I didn’t after the experience I had. When I think of customer service, a food truck usually doesn’t come to mind. Most of my experiences have been quick and impersonal — in and out, on to the next.

That’s why I was pleasantly surprised when both women on the truck greeted me so warmly. They were incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I initially planned to grab a simple breakfast sandwich, but the menu was far more creative than what you'd expect from a typical breakfast truck.

Parking: URBN cafeteria shares a parking lot with it, but the cafeteria is only open Tuesday to Thursday. Parking lots get full then but otherwise super easy to park the other four days a week.“
