“Once in a lifetime” experience, though we’ll be back. Service was great. Stacy and Rob took great care of us. Food was incredible. Wine was paired perfectly. Views were impeccable. Great!
Last night we did the 7-course chef’s tasting menu with wine pairing at Restaurant Latour at Crystal Springs Resort. In my opinion, this is easily one of the best restaurants in Sussex County.
The wine pairings were very well done and thoughtfully matched to each course. You could tell a lot of effort went into balancing the flavors and overall experience. Some dishes were outstanding and really memorable, while others were good but did not have the same wow...

May not be everyone’s cup of tea but it’s a perfect spot for an elevated romantic dinner. Service was excellent and food was exquisite. Staggered seating to allow for individual attention. Great views.
