My husband and I recently rented one of those chalets outside for a private dining experience. We loved the chalet and champagne and the server was great. However, the food options for the price were bleak and the food itself was not great. For $100 a person you should b offered more than salad, pizza, and pasta (all cheap dishes). I get that it’s more for the experience but we were really disappointed in the food selection and quality.
Crystal Springs Bistro exceeded our expectations. Trent out server was amazing and offered the best service, he was able to give recommendations and was warm and welcoming. Brian the bartender made our tables drinks and made the best espresso martini I have ever had!! It was a great experience at Bistro!! We most definitely will be back!!!
We have gone to Springs Bistro many times before and have really enjoyed it. This past Tuesday our dinner was out of this world! The white zucchini pizza was like nothing we have ever had before. The Octopus and the steak were also outstanding. Our waiter, Troy, was WONDERFUL! We have had Troy as our waiter the last three times we have dined there and he is always the best waiter.
