One must leave room for relativity, for example location, can I rate varsity and Ray Barry in Manhattan as if they were both the exact same owners, Cooks and were located next door to each other. For a long time now I have been ordering my pizza from a competitor that is a couple miles north on 206. About a month ago I just by chance stopped in because I was so hungry. Pizza is an art, I was born, and breaded in Manhattan, and qualify as a Pizza, Dinner, and Marijuana connoisseur, of sorts. The rolls these sandwiches were served were fantastic 😋 The sammies were NOT "packed" with fillings like a cheesesteak joint. Nicely presented with homemade potato chips. Quality of ingredients is huge because I can't eat a lot. The red wine vinegar and olive oil was top notch. I use red wine vinegar almost daily 😋 I would definitely go back for the same meal, about 1hr from my home and worth the trip 😋“
