Though the store is VERY SMALL!!!! only 3 tables, Never anywhere to sit especially in the afternoon.“

“The service whas very good I went by the drive through. I got my coffe and two doughnuts Iv orden first and I've went to the other window the cashier was waiting with my order it was fast i didn't have to wait to get my orden.

“We stopped at this Dunkin' inside the Richard Stockton Service Area in Robbinsville, NJ around 6:45 in the morning for a quick rest stop break and a cup of coffee before getting back on the road.

After entering the main building, I placed my order through the Dunkin' App and then made a quick stop at the restroom. By the time I made my way back to the pickup area, my order was already being placed on the counter. Mobile ordering doesn't get much more convenient than that.

The Dunkin' itself was bright, clean, and well maintained. It was steady with customers but not overly busy yet, and I noticed that all of the team members seemed to be staying productive, whether they were helping customers, preparing orders, or taking care of other tasks around the restaurant.

Most importantly, my order was accurate and my coffee was piping hot—exactly what you want from an early morning coffee stop. When you're traveling, a clean restaurant, prompt service, and a fresh cup of hot coffee can make a big difference in starting the day off right.

If you're passing through the Richard Stockton Service Area on the New Jersey Turnpike and looking for a reliable coffee stop, this Dunkin' provided a fast, efficient, and enjoyable experience. I'd gladly stop here again on a future trip.“

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The 3 girls working on Friday July 21st at 6:30 pm went above and beyond with customer service. The were extremely kind souls and I could not thank them enough. My two children have invisible disabilities. Both have multiple neurological/ behavioral disorders. They unknowingly made my kids day by being so kind and caring and In doing so also made my day. You have really great staff. I can’t thank you enough!“

“I was nervous about using the kiosk for the first time but gave it a try anyway, I probably would have messed it up if it wasn't for Mike coming to the rescue and helping me!! He was extremely kind, patient, and HELPFUL!! Even tho the donut I was looking for was literally right in front of my face, for some reason I missed it and Mike came right around and helped me find and complete my order. Then he must have made my coffee w love bc it was EXTRA DELICIOUS!! It's so rare to find people going the extra mile to take care of customers!!
