Most issues here caused by the corporate people, not so much the local crew. The dumb kiosk ordering system just creates chaos. Mistakes, can't always pay with cash because register is not manned, no receipts, etc. It all works much better the old way.
Just stopped in to get some air conditioning in this heat. I witnessed an interaction with an elderly woman and the cashier. She had dropped quite a bit of change and the gentleman with the dreadlocks came from around the counter and picked up every coin with such a refreshing attitude of kindness. If I'm correct, the same woman came back up to the counter to speak to the manager about the event. She said it best herself. It wasn't busy this morning and the staff was nice and it appeared very clean. My only thing was the self serve kiosks were were off and it took a little bit long for someone to come take my order. overall it's one of the better McDonald's in the area.
