The food was great, like most of the time. They didn't have super greens, which was a little disappointing. The main reason I stopped at that service plaza on my way to Queens, was because they had this restaurant. It was a service plaza, so the atmosphere wasn't the best, but I could tell that they worked hard to maintain it (Applegreen).
Panda Express is pretty consistent and nicely edible. It's actually cheaper than what I would get at McDonald's by a couple bucks. It's nothing special, for sure, but it can really hit the spot when you're hungry.
Rest stop panda really not like the independent locations but still good close early though tried grabbing food on the way home st 9pm and they were closed. I feel that's a bit early at a rest stop.
