Ordered decaf mocha and cinnamon roll. After almost w roll asked for my mocha and they said they weee working on it then started. They had more help than customers and the workers were standing around drinking THEIR drinks & chatting. Frustrating but . Stand while waiting don’t sit or you may be forgotten about
this is an adorable place with good but overpriced food. The service at dinner is horrible. They don’t have enough people working. At a recent meal for 4 of us, our order was not taken for 45 minutes and it then took another half hour to get anything (bread, apps) and then another 45 minutes to get our entrees. The owner walked by and said hello but was not lifting a finger to help the extremely overwhelmed skeleton crew of a staff.
35 minutes for a Caesar Wrap? My hour lunch went bye bye at Birdy’s. Asked the owner and she seemed put off that I asked if it was ready after 20 minutes. Never said a word, like “sorry it will be out soon, we’re a little behind”…nothing. Priiiicey $$$, not worth the time or money.
