We have been going to Black Eyed Susan's since their prior location across the street when it was BYOB and I can't believe it's actually gotten better in terms of menu and the cocktail menu is amazing too. With the addition of Marigold this summer they've reached the next level. We hope to rent it out next year for a private event. Could not recommend it enough if you're on Long Beach Island (or even if you have to drive the bridge)
Some excellent dishes and some misses, in a beautiful garden setting. Our waiter weighed in at our request about the swordfish special, which was absolutely one of his favorites and one of the best things we ate on the island over five nights of fine dining. Had a peach “BBQ” sauce that was spicy and sweet and paired perfectly with such a delicious swordfish steak.
