“Had trouble ordering online due to an issue with my credit card. Called and got Kathy who I think is the manager on the phone. She was so friendly and quickly took my large work order which was ready exactly when promised. Amazing customer service and amazing pretzels! They were a big hit at work! I’ll definitely be back soon.“

“Came with friends and the fast flickering light was bothering my epilepsy so I asked my waitress Aleksandra if I could sit outside. She was wonderful bringing me beers and serving both friends inside and me outside. She went above and beyond. Great service. Great beer. Loved the atmosphere (sad I couldn’t handle the lights). The outdoor tent was great for people watching. Just a lovely experience all around.“

“Lovely place to stop and get a beer when in New York or in Harlem. The selection was based on local beers that were either supportive of women own breweries or LGBT focused. The bartender was very kind and super down to earth! ! We'll be returning next time we are in town.“

“Interesting place. Ticket system is a bit odd. If they want to go cashless there are other ways to do that. Not loving an additional long line... Beer was ok. Nothing to get crazy for and nothing to spit out in disgust. Just regular old beer. Hefeweizen, pale ale and lager for us. Food was good as well. Mustard was oddly very good. We had the platter and the wurst and pretzel were the best part. Service was good all around. I would return for ambiance on a nice enough day.“

“So let me start this out, Wetzel pretzels I think is better than anti-and I mean on a U onion's pretzels sorry I can't type but you already know anyway there's some more pretzel bites with the fudge on it and the soft pretzels with the marshmallows that was delicious better than anything anti-and has I thinkto be honest lemonades haven't had lemonade, but Wetzels is better than it. Their pepperoni pretzel bites though were very stale and just not good. That's more pretzel bites was just heavenly.“
