I would recommend for the baker to put the cake in the fridge before delivering as it came a little melted. The frosting on cupcakes slid off but either way the children didn’t care so I will still give it 5 stars.“

“The Modern Cakery is incredible! I found them on instagram looking for a bakery that makes detailed children’s birthday cakes. I placed an order for a Rapunzel themed cake, and they were very helpful with any questions I had as well as flexible with changes I made to the design. My daughter was in love with the cake, the quality was amazing, and everyone at her party was asking where we got her cake from. Not only that, the cake tasted amazing and was probably the best tasting cake I’ve ever eaten besides my own wedding cake. I would highly recommend them for any event that needs a cake, and plan to use them again for future birthdays!“

“A place a Father’s Day gift order on Saturday for pick up on Sunday. When I arrived on Sunday, they were closed. I read my receipt and I was sure that the pick up was for Sunday at 9 AM. On Monday I emailed them about my dissatisfaction I received a call from the owner and she was very polite and let me know that they’re closed on Sunday and that the pick up is scheduled for us Monday at 9 AM. She was correct. I looked at my receipt and on the very top. It said Monday at 9 AM. I apologize for the misunderstanding and let her know that I have requested a refund through my bank. And I suggested that I receive a credit instead of a refund because I patronize them off that period. However, she semi my surprise, offered a full refund and explained that this was a courtesy refund because it was my era. She was professional, transparent and understanding, and now I appreciated the entire into action. I have been a faithful customer and I will remain a customer because of her. Thank you.“

The Brown Butter Pecan White Chocolate was buttery and nutty with a cozy sweetness, and the Chocolate Chip had that perfect chewy texture with soft chocolate pockets. “We often stop by this Baked By Melissa store in GSP. It is a small counter of take out only store. They have online pickup options as well. Different kinds of cake packs and sizes are displayed in front of the counter. The store usually has good inventory and variety of packs.

In recent months, they introduced individual small cakes instead of whole packs. They have 6-8 flavors on display. My daughter usually pick 4-5 flavors a for 6 pack. We love the tiny cakes. They are always fluffy and delicious. They stay good in the fridge up to a week after opening a pack.

Staff are always friendly and courteous. They also have membership benefits that includes special offers, birthday perks and few more good benefits.“

“I ordered a Palermo’s Bakery wedding Cake for my New Jersey December 2023 wedding and tasting that cake with my husband was truly a slice of heaven! Not only did our cake look beautiful but it tasted delicious which I was honestly not expecting! I thought we3dding cakes just all looked beautiful, I didn’t realize they could taste this good! We had a vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and CANOLLI cream filling which was AMAZING! I honestly still crave it to this day! We added our own little doggie figurines to our cake, and it looked perfect when displayed at our wedding! We skipped the cake tasting because we ran out of time but honestly, we didn’t need it! Palermo’s delivered a PERFECT wedding cake for us, and it exceeded our expectations the day of our wedding!
