“My overall experience was good. I have been here 2x. The first visit was excellent, and I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately, my 2nd visit was not 5 stars. We made reservations as usual, but one person in our party wasn't able to make it. So they downgraded our seats to a circle booth table meant for 2 people. I was not happy but thought we drove far, so let's make it work. We ordered drinks, cornbread, and entrees. I ordered the short ribs. I asked if it was possible to substitute a side and was told no. Ok. I still ordered the ribs. Unfortunately, when it came out, it was fatty. I spoke with the waiter who spoke with the cook 2x. Finally, a new cut was offered, but by that time, I was unhappy. Even though my experience was not the best, I still tipped 20% because it's not the servers/waiters' fault.“

“Customer service was exceptional. Seating area was a bit small but everyone was so friendly and worked as a team. Honestly the best service I ever had. I went for restaurant week and ordered the shrimp creole. Omg I cleaned my plate and was still salivating over the idea of more when I got home. My partner ordered the crab soup and the salmon. Eyes rolled in the back of his head y’all. Everything was so well and for my first time they left a lasting impression. Would definitely dine here again. I’m just disappointed the shrimp creole isn’t on the regular menu.“

“My family and I had an amazing time at Omega's. When we realized there would be loud music playing that night, we requested another table because we had a baby. They were more accommodating, although the space was small. The food was good but the service was GREAT. The red snapper is a showstopper. The staff came over multiple times to ask how we were doing and if we needed more things. I would come back and recommend it to others.“

We were greated by (sorry forgot her name) a very friendly young lady who welcomed us and explained the menu for the night. our food was ordered and delivered in very timely manner. The food was very fresh, hot and extremely tasty. The biscuits were the icing on the cake. Our hostess went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and was extremely pleasant. “My experience was amazing and everything we had was amazing from the shrimp tacos to the cheesesteak beignets and OMGGGG those deviled eggs ?? the scallops also amazing cooked to perfection I was full before the main course but that main course baybeeeeeee chefs kiss ? I had the crab cake meal and the gumbo (judge ya mother?) I also tasted the oxtail on sweet potatoes I was unsure but it was also amazing would highly recommend they don't get 10/10 because to me they are above it ? and our server was a sweet heart very prompt and nice“

Other dishes recommend the pork liver and creamy garlic shrimp. The saliva chicken is also good. My travel companions love fermented fermented water spinach ⚠️The golden sand corn is not sweet! ! ! Can not accept!The overall food is quite delicious. But when I got home, I heard that many of the dishes are pre-made and microwaved. I don’t know if this is true or not?Cash discounts!“

“Today was my first time visiting Flannel. My first reaction was how cute the place is. I follow them on insta and the food always looks incredible, but I had no idea how cute it was. It was also decorated for V-times day so it made our lunch date even more special. We had a nice little cozy table for two. I didn’t have any cocktails, but there was an extensive drink menu.I can’t say enough nice things about our server. My boyfriend actually recognized him from another restaurant and he seemed happy to have finally landed here after over 10 years at several other bars/restaurants. Our server was very friendly, attentive, and patient. There were so many great menu items, it took me longer to decide. Our portions were huge and the prices were very reasonable. The food is comfort food at its best. We both had variations of eggs Benny. Mine had fried mac/cheese and bacon. It was cooked to perfection. We happened to meet the the owner Marc, who was also friendly and welcoming. This is a great, cozy little South Philly find. Can’t wait to go back!“
